Located in center of town, shopping, restaurants and entertainment are right outside your door. 10 minute walk to beaches, old town, and marina. Large bathroom with washing machine. Originally called Antipolis, Antibes was settled by the Greeks in 400 B.C. The historic aspects of the Old Town, an unspoilt cobble stoned village, are evident everywhere as well as quaint shops, restaurants and galleries. Local bus and train stations connect you to the rest of Europe and coastal towns along the Mediterranean. Antibes is 13 miles west of the Nice airport and 7 miles east of Cannes. Our neighborhood is very cosmopolitan, quiet and charming. The city itself has the highest concentration of English-speaking residents in all of France due to the marina with its luxury yachts owned by foreigners. The beauty of Antibes though is much more than wealthy people's yachts and maintains the charm and dignity of its past in spite of the high tech marina. Antibes is an hour's drive to ski resorts in the Alps & a short trip to the towns in the hinterland. Old Antibes is one of the few remaining places on the French Riviera that allows you to slow down & smell the lavender.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.
