Situated in a small exclusive block of 12 apartments in the heart of the old town. Only 50 yards from the Mediterranean’s largest marina, & 200 yards from the towns sandy Beach. This newly built 3rd floor Apartment has Video entry & a lift takes you direct to your entrance door. Furnished with state of the art equipment including a Sony 42inch plasma TV, surround sound home cinema, DVD, internet access via wi-fi broadband, own computer required. The 2 bedrooms at the rear have flat screen TV & are very quiet, overlooking an illuminated provencal garden & fountain, (no access). The open plan living area includes an American style cuisine equipped with state of the art appliances, including fitted coffee machine, dual temperature wine cave and char grill. Large sliding glass doors open onto a sunny south facing terrace fully equipped & illuminated for dinning out.

ANTIBES is a cosmopolitan town, bustling all year round. Being located at the heart of the old port, the Café’s, shops, restaurants & bars are all within a short stroll, & in particular the fabulous old Port. Being located at the centre of the Riviera it makes a perfect base for exploring this famous region. For those using a car secure underground parking is provided free. The coast road to the west will take you to the beautiful Cap D’Antibes Juan Les Pins, Cannes & on to St Maxim /St Tropez. To the east Nice, St. Jean Cat Ferrat and Monte-Carlo. The A8 Autoroute is only 5 Kilometres allowing fast access into Italy & beyond. Our preference is to use the Trains, These are economical, clean, reliable, & take you to the centre of Cannes Nice Juan Les pins in minutes even Monte-Carlo is only 45 minutes away

Been here a few times now and its one of the best apartments we have stayed at in Antibes. The Location is fantastic, 5 mins to beach and marina, excellent restaurants on your doorstep, It even has a huge plasma with full Sky TV.

All high spec appliances, and wi-fi.

Highly recommended.
