This first floor apt. benefits from having the best location in Antibes for experiencing the full flavour of the Old Town, it's on Cours Massena in the heart of the Old Town. In the mornings, walk the 30 steps to the boulangerie while your partner puts the coffee on and sets the table on the balcony to have an unbeatable breakfast overlooking the famous' Marche Provencal'. The apartment benefits from being double aspect, so is light and airy throughout, unusual in the old town. The very large bedroom has full length fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and overlooks a very quiet pedestrian street. There is also an air-con. unit. It's a couple of hundred meters to the beach, a lovely 4 min. stroll past cafes and restaurants, and through the arch of the 'ramparts', and past some of the 'smaller' yachts of the marina. Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender. Towels and linens are provided, including beach towels. There is a final cleaning and laundry fee of 50 euros payable on departure.
  On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given two sets of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros(or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less any breakages or losses.
  Please note that checking after 9pm. can not be facilitated.
