This 2 bedroom first floor apartment is in a quiet street, a few streets from the Marina, train station, beach and Old Town. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed (160 cm) and opens on to a sunny balcony with table and chairs, ideal for an al fresco breakfast. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed of (140 cm) and also its own access to the balcony with outdoor furniture. In the living area there are 2 sofas. There is a dining table and chairs for 4. The kitchen is fitted with everything you could need, including dishwasher and washing machine. The luxury bathroom has a shower, heated towel rails and a new corner bath. There is a separate toilet and sink. The apartment has Satellite TV with several English channels, DVD, WIFI internet access and telephone. The apartment is air-conditioned and is spacious, light and open plan, perfect for a family holiday.

This apartment is located between the train station and the Old Town of Antibes. Everything you could wish for is within a short walk. The local Antibes beach La Gravette is less a 7 minute walk away, past street cafes, shops and restaurants, then through the medieval arch of the Ramparts, and past some of the 'smaller' yachts in the famous marina. The daily Provencal Market is not to be missed, with a fabulous array of fresh produce on offer, early evening the site turns into a market of local artists which is equally lovely to browse through. A few steps from here is the Picasso Museum, which contain works that he produced while living there. The train station, a 3 minute walk, will take you easily anywhere along the coast, it's a lovely view in either direction, though especially towards Monaco, which should not be missed.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 25% deposit required to book the apartment, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer, this could incur a charge, met by sender. There is an obligatory final cleaning/laundry fee of 70 euros to be paid in cash on departure.
    No check in after 9pm.

    On arrival you will be met at the apt. and given two sets of keys. The security/key deposit of 200 euros or equivalent in sterling, will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure minus costs of any damage/breakages.
  • Towels and bedlinen are included, (not beach towels though) .

Fantastic place to stay in Antibes

My wife and I stayed here in early August, and we were delighted that we did. A clean, spacious and luxorious appartment awaited us as we arrived, tastefully decorated and well equipped.
The property is within easy walking distance to the old town as well as the marina. Supermarkets are nearby for stocking up on supplies, and access to a number of local beaches is very easy.
We really appreciated the pre-stay information pack that was provided, with concise and detailed information about the property, as well as hints, tips and recommendations about Antibes.
I would certainly recommend this property to a friend, as it provides a convenient and comfortable base to explore Antibes and the surrounding area.
We hope to return.

This apartment is clean, air conditioned, spacious and a great location close to supermarkets, train station and short walk to beach and old town. We would highly recommend the apartment. Michelle who was the contact for us was great and was very helpful.

We had an enjoyable stay at this apartment. The location was close to the old town (very attractive and full of restaurants and narrow streets and squares) and to the marina full of expensive looking boats and yachts. The rail station was less than a quarter of a mile down the road which gives great links to the rest of the Cote D'Azur. We hired a car at the airport but the traffic is very congested along the coast, parking difficult in the town and driving also difficult in the narrow streets of Antibes. (Michelle very kindly arranged an underground parking space for us prior to our arrival which was a great help as parking is 1 euro 50 an hour in the streets and difficult to come by).
The apartment had everything we needed including air conditioning, which was nice with the hot weather. The only disappointment was the fairly small balcony at the rear which looked out over the car park and a high rise apartment building and was barely able to get four of us sat around the table. Apart from that the apartment was excellent.
Antibes is a classy location and handy for visiting other parts of the area. I would recommend heading in land to the mountains and the perched villages which are fascinating. Nice, Montre Carlo and Grasse are musts. Avoid the private beaches of Juan Les Pins and other places as it cost us 64 Euro for four sunbeds. Royal Beach, about a mile from the apartment is a nice sandy beach and there are free parts of the beach at Juan.
I would recommend this apartment and location to anyone.
