As a Swedish/French couple and 'yachts' for the past 12 years we have come to know and love this part of the world quite well. We have chosen this new apartment for its central location. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This brand new one bedroom with en suite is located on the fifth floor of a seven-storey building with secure entry. The kitchenette with washing machine opens onto a sunny terrace, suitable for al-fresco dining. The lounge/dining area has TV and DVD. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed which is new and very comfortable. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Fully air-conditioned with WIFI and secure underground parking.

A stone's throw from the Mediterranean, the marina and beaches, our apartment is also only a couple of blocks from the old town of Antibes. Ideally situated between Nice and Cannes, Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious yachts of the world. The old town which dates back to the fifth century BC is a labyrinth of charming streets filled with shops, street cafes, restaurants, galleries, museums and churches within the town’s historic ramparts. With local weekly markets and countless artisans’ workshops situated in and around the town, Antibes offers shoppers a variety of unique goods. Renoir’s home and the Picasso Museum, which contains the artist’s locally inspired works, are testimony to the rich cultural history and beauty of Antibes. The town is also the gateway to the gorgeous Cap d’Antibes, with its stunning panoramic views of secluded sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, characteristic of Antibes and its surrounds.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.

Fantastic Base for sightseeing

Apartment was very small and the pictures that were shown are very despective as it is more suitable for 2 people not 2. There is no oven as the microwave is a combined oven. Bedroom is crammed, apartment is more like a studio with both the kichenette and dinning area and relaxing area all in one room. Short walk to both beaches in Antibes as well as Juan Les Pins. Great choice of resturants in Antibes, but if you are young and a looking for a lively nightlife Juan les Pins is the place to be, but if you want a relaxing peaceful time Antibes is the place to be especially for history in the old town, which is only a few minutes from the centre of town. Excellent location to go to Cannes which is only a 15 minute train ride away.
