Central Modern Apartment minutes from the beach

As a Swedish/French couple and 'yachts' for the past 12 years we have come to know and love this part of the world quite well. We have chosen this new apartment for its central location. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This brand new one bedroom with ensuite is located on the fifth floor of a seven-storey building with secure entry. The well-equipped modern kitchen with washing machine opens onto a sunny terrace, suitable for al-fresco dining. The lounge/dining area has TV and DVD. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed which is new and very comfortable. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Fully air-conditioned with secure underground parking.

Ideally situated between Nice and Cannes, Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious yachts of the world. The old town which dates back to the fifth century BC is a labyrinth of charming streets filled with shops, street cafes, restaurants, galleries, museums and churches within the town’s historic ramparts. With local weekly markets and countless artisans’ workshops situated in and around the town, Antibes offers shoppers a variety of unique goods. Renoir’s home and the Picasso Museum, which contains the artist’s locally inspired works, are testimony to the rich cultural history and beauty of Antibes. The town is also the gateway to the gorgeous Cap d’Antibes, with its stunning panoramic views of secluded sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, characteristic of Antibes and its surrounds.
