This brand new apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Located a minutes walk from the old town of Antibes, this second floor apartment of a four-storey building with secure entry, has one bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate WC/powder room. The well-equipped full kitchen with washing machine has open plan dining/living opens onto a sunny terrace, suitable for al-fresco dining, with a narrow view of the sea. The lounge area has a large comfortable sofa bed with DVD. The master bedroom has a brand new queen-sized bed with built-in wardrobes. Air conditioned throughout.

Ideally situated between Nice and Cannes, Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious yachts of the world. The old town which dates back to the fifth century BC is a labyrinth of charming streets filled with shops, street cafes, restaurants, galleries, museums and churches within the town’s historic ramparts. With local weekly markets and countless artisans’ workshops situated in and around the town, Antibes offers shoppers a variety of unique goods. Renoir’s home and the Picasso Museum, which contains the artist’s locally inspired works, are testimony to the rich cultural history and beauty of Antibes. The town is also the gateway to the gorgeous Cap d’Antibes, with its stunning panoramic views of secluded sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, characteristic of Antibes and its surrounds.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.

Lovely french experience

I really liked this flat. It's location is perfect, short walk from train station, short walk to centre of town, nice walk to Juan Les Pins for the best beaches. It's not in the middle of all this so it's nice and quiet when you want it to be. Great markets everyday in town, and more of a "real village" experience than other riviera towns. Very well managed and maintained. I would highly recommend it to friends and would stay there again.

Very modern apartment in secure building, beside old town and marina. Very clean and agent extremely friendly and helpful.

This property is in the perfect location for exploring the beautiful old town of Antibes. it is so handy yet private and quiet. The shops, many restaurants, train and bus station, beach and port area are all an easy stroll away. The apartment is light, spacious and modern and we just loved the large balcony for morning sun. It had everything we needed for our relaxing sightseeing holiday
