Well presented studio with a double bed, a large sofa, dining area, fully equipped brand new kitchen, modern shower room. Located on ground floor of an traditional old french town house on a quiet pedestrian street, the property is five minutes from the traditional provençal market, boutiques, museums ( Picasso, Peynet ), cafés and bars and is 50 meters from the sandy beach. Perfect one or two weeks get away for a couple in summer... Parking with a magnetic card included on request in July or August ( 5 minutes walk from the studio ).

Marineland, the most tabular aquatic show in France, is 10 mins driving.
