This gorgeous, 4th floor, 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for a romantic holiday. It it reached by secure entry and elevator to the door. It has a lovely private terrace and a great 'cocoon' feel to it, with nice views of the mountains and marina in the background. It is literally minutes walk to everything Antibes has to offer. Both the bedroom and the living room open onto the 13m2 terrace where there is a large table and seating for 6 to enjoy all your meals al fresco.There is an awning for shade. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and armchair and Sky TV (no French TV), free wifi internet acess, telephone, DVD & stereo. The bathroom is newly fitted and has a modern feel, with a large shower area and heated towel rail. The kitchen area has an oven/microwave combined, 2 hobs, a large fridge/freezer & a washing machine. There are electric shutters to the windows. The whole apartment has been very tastefully decorated and to a high standard.

This apartment is located between the train station and the Old Town of Antibes. Everything you could wish for is within a short walk. The local Antibes beach La Gravette is less a 7 minute walk away, past street cafes, shops and restaurants, then through the medieval arch of the Ramparts, and past some of the 'smaller' yachts in the famous marina. The daily Provencal Market is not to be missed, with a fabulous array of fresh produce on offer, early evening the site turns into a market of local artists which is equally lovely to browse through. A few steps from here is the Picasso Museum, which contain works that he produced while living there. The train station, a 4 minute walk, will take you easily anywhere along the coast, it's a lovely view in either direction, though especially towards Monaco, which should not be missed.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To secure a booking a 25% deposit is required, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be paid by sender.
    Towels and linens are provided including beach towels. There is a 50 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure.
    A security/key deposit of 200 euros in cash will be collected on arrival at apartment, returned on departure minus costs of any breakages/damage.
    Please note: No check ins after 9pm.
  • This apartment really does have one of the best terraces around for a 1 bedroom.

Ideal base for getting around Antibes on foot - and there is really lots to see and do there.Big choice of restaurants, lots of shops (including English bookshop!) and wonderful Provençal market.Old town and harbour are very interesing.Lovely,cosy flat - high quality furnishings, comfortable bed and good shower.Clean and well-maintained and Michelle was very helpful.Nice view over the roof tops - bit noisy at night but quiet after midnight.Easy to visit Cannes,Grasse,Nice etc by train as car is not necessary.Would certainly recommend this for couple as a romantic getaway.

A great place to stay when visiting Antibes and exactly as described! A lovely clean, tasteful, compact apartment with all amenities. Located close to the old town, marina and the beach. We had a fantastic time whilst we were here. Recommended.

I fund the apartment delightful for two people, a lovely view when dining and easy access with an elevator. The kitchen had all applaiances if required and flat screen television with access to British channels. The owner was most helpful and considerate. Walking to the tourist areas, sea and restaurants took only a few minutes.
A very comfortable stay.

Superb holiday hideaway in heart of Antibes.

This beautiful little flat has everything a couple could want on holiday. Very clean and well furnished. Also very well equipped. Centrally located and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, market and railway station. Ideal balcony/terrace with facilities for dining outdoors, whilst watching the world go by! Nice airport is only an hour away in the bus or 25 minutes in the train, and the flat is within a few minutes walk of either the railway station or bus stop. We were met as arranged and Michelle was very helpful. Would recommend this to friends.
