Double doors open from the reception room and from both bedrooms onto southerly facing marble balconies where you can relax and enjoy the ever-changing colours of the sea and watch the yachts and little fishing boats come and go from the picturesque marina in the village below. 5 minutes walk from the shops of Beaulieu and daily market. Notes to the rental rates

  • A contract will be issued by to those requesting a booking. To confirm the booking we require a signed contract and payment of the deposit of 25% the rental rate. The balance must be paid one month before arrival. On receipt of the balance directions to the apartment and contact details for meeting the apartment manager will be forwarded. The rental rate includes provision of bed linen, towels and electricity. Cleaning and laundry on vacating the apartment is an additional €100, which is payable together with a security payment of €750 to the apartment manager on collection of the keys. This security deposit will be refunded on return of the keys subject to no damage to the property, the fixtures or fittings. If convenient the deposit can be held in any of the major currencies.
    Changeover in high season is Saturday to Saturday.
