First floor apartment with lift in excellent condition, with marble floors throughout. Situated halfway between Nice and Monaco in the beautiful town of Beaulieu. One double bedroom opening on to large terrace, comfortable living room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside there is a balcony and large sunny terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. Sleeps 2 - 4 persons. Only five minutes walk to the town centre of Beaulieu-sur-mer with its market, shops and many superb restaurants. A few minutes walk to the Casino, the port and a lovely sandy beach. Regular bus service outside the door to Nice (15 minutes journey), or Monaco (15 minutes journey). Within easy walking distance to Villefranche and Cap Ferat.

The apartment is just five minutes walk away from the charming town of Beaulieu with its Belle Epoque buildings, shops, restaurants and daily market in the town square selling fruit, vegetables and flowers, making it one of the nicest locations on the French Rivera. The lovely beach and harbour of La Baie des Fourmis is minutes away and the famous Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild in Cap Ferat is nearby while Italy is only a short train ride away. Situated between Nice and Monaco on the Cote d'Azur, it is an ideal base to explore the region with Villefranche, Canne, St. Tropez, Provence and the French Alps all within easy reach by bus, train or car.

Notes: The propety has a lift. 5 minutes walk to centre of Beaulieu-sur-mer. Bus stop to Nice and Monaco outside the door. Train station less than1 kilometre away for trains to Italy or Nice and beyond. Five minutes walk to Fourmes beach, harbour and local town. 15 minutes walk to fashionable Cap Ferat and the historic town of Villefranche with its medieval narrow streets, harbour and old town with a wide selection of restaurants. Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild with its beautiful gardens and Belle Epoque interior is within walking distance. Villa Grecque Kerylos is also nearby.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Beaulieu in this apartment. The town centre itself is just a few minutes walk and has interesting shops and great places to eat. There's a couple of really great deli's including an amazing one - Coates et Mere. There's a lovely patisserie just a couple of minutes walk from the front door, where we got our croissants every morning.

There's also some good restuarants to try out and you're only a short (25 mins or so) bus ride or an even shorter train ride from Nice, where there's an enormous selection to choose from.

The apartment itself was lovely. It's tidy, clean and modern with a new kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are all spacious but the best feature has to be the huge terrace. We sat there most mornings having breakfast enjoying the sea view. There's also a TV and DVD player and a few DVD's there which is great for when we'd overdone it sighseeing during the day and just wanted an evening in.

I'd definately recommend this apartment to anyone and we'll be back again next spring!

This apartment was just perfect - had everything we needed, very comfortable, well kept, in super location near to public transport (bus and rail), beach, amazing walks, and beautiful little town of Beaulieu-sur-Mer with all it's lovely restaurants and traditional market on Friday nights. Apartment is most suited to couples or two sharing and has big advantage of large terrace. We loved both the apartment and Beaulieu.

Have just returned from a lovely weeks holiday in this excellent apartment, only 5 mins to beach and town centre. Buses outside to Nice and Monaco. It was really nice to have some outside space the patio got the sun most of the day lovely for eating out. Apartment ideal for couple and would definitely book again. The property has a garage which is an advantage as the parking is horrendous but do let owner know when booking that you want the use of the garage. Would highly recommend.
