This calm, spacious ground floor, apartment is nestled in the hills above Monaco, away from the city noises. The apartment is facing south west with a super large private terrace that overlooks the sea and the famous Monte Carlo casino. The apartment has one double bedroom, with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and sliding doors opening onto the terrace. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, hand basin and mirror. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, and has a door to the terrace. The living room has a sofa, lounge chair, dining area, TV, WiFi, SAT/cable, DVD, CD/Radio player, phone with unlimited local calls, and large sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace and view. The terrace is equipped with a teak table, four chairs, two sun loungers, parasol and a large awning to provide shade. The building has, two roof top infinity pools with sun loungers, parasols, and his & hers changing rooms/toilets for your convenience. There is a private parking space.

Beausoleil, is the ideal holiday location for those looking for the sun, sea and cultural events, 25*c to 35*c from June until October. Notes to the rental rates

Possibility to negotiate the rates for long weekends. 50% of the total amount should be paid on booking (non refundable) and the balance 4 weeks before arrival date. In the case of short notice bookings the full amount is payable on booking plus the € 450 refundable damages deposit. A 450€ refundable damage deposit is to be paid at check in. The damages deposit will be returned at check out assuming no damage has occurred to the property or contents. Check in is after 3pm and check out is at 10am.

The normal check in is at 3pm with a one hour grace period. The late fee is 25€ per hour after the first hour. Alternative check in times can be arranged with the property manager. Check ins after 7pm are 50€ and after 10pm 100€.
