Light and spacious air conditioned 1 bedroom apartment situated in a wing of a prestigious villa with its own separate entrance and patio with dining area and BBQ. It is tastefully furnished and in a very good decorative state,perfect for either a couple or family. To satisfy recent customer feedback recently fitted with a new mattress . Lovely new curtains. It is both tranquil and accessible on foot via a short (5 minutes ) walk along a pedestrian friendly street to the charming village of Biot with its Shops Bars and Restaurants. Use of the 36 feet long salt water infinity pool and garden. Surrounding the pool is teak decking with sun loungers, parasols and a delightful seating area in the shade next to a mural by a local artist. The sea is a 15 minute cycle ride and the town of Antibes 20 minutes (3 bicycles supplied). The apartment has a modern flat screen TV with SKY satellite, local TV and WIFI broadband internet.

Biot is one of the most charming villages on the Cote D'Azur. It is not far to some of the bigger towns of Cannes, Nice and Antibes. A google search of 'Biot' on the internet will reveal many of its treasures. If you get bored of the pool or beach there is Marineland a short distance away with a water park and sea life etc.

A beautiful spot!

The apartment is clean and well maintained. The pool is gorgeous and the views from it really lovely, the garden is pretty and this outside space is the best thing about the apartment. The owners are charming, friendly and helpful, you couldn't wish for more congenial hosts. The village has a number of good restaurants and is very pleasant to wander round. We loved the hill towns and spent little time at the coast. A few words of advice however, the villa is on a short but very steep hill, it would not be suitable for those with mobility problems. The apartment is lovely but the mattress on the bed is thin and I was not comfortable on it. Cooking facilities are minimal, we didn't mind because we ate out a lot but not easy to do much cooking(I bought a cheap fry pan and fruit bowl in the supermarket). In my view it is not suitable for more than 2 people as it would be very crowded with 2 people sleeping in the lounge and 2 in the bedroom, however I do like my own space and others may not be so fussy.

The apartment was comfortable, tastefully furnished,and well equipped, the garden and outside areas were well maintained and the swimming pool was superb. The owners could not be more helpful, providing detailed directions and useful information about the village and surrounding areas.
It was everything it claimed to be, and an ideal location for an enjoyable stay in the charming and interesting village of Biot.
We would certainly recommend this apartment to friends.

Fantastic home and views in picturesque biot

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Biot, a peaceful and picturesque village in the South of France. Regime and Bill were excellent hosts and recommended some great restaurants. Our favourite was Le Migranier, just below the village. Another great restaurant is Aubergine in Antibes (have to book). The pool was so relaxing after a day sightseeing. A perfect place for a romantic break for 2! Many thanks for all your help.

The apartment was beautiful and the owners are lovely and very helpful.
The village is very charming and has lots of resturants etc.
Great location for exploring the Cote d'Azur. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect holiday-adress

The apartment was clean, charming and had all the equipment as mentioned on the website.
The owners are both friendly, helpfull and ready to fulfill any wish we had.
The swimming pool is filled with slightly salted water, wish is much more fun than the casual purifying system. The view from the swimming pool and the well kept garden is splendid (you can see the sea and the village).
Acces to the apartment is easy, but you had to descent a iron staircase, wich is not evident for people with an handicap (this is clearly mentioned). There is enough outdoor space to stay in or out of the sun, with comfortable places to sit or lay down on beds or sofa's.

The village is charming and nearby (no car needed).
And Antibes and Cannes, wich are both splendid places are in the neighbourhood (15/30 minutes by car).
When you like old villages there is Gourdon (beautifull panorama) or Vence (medieval city). Further away you have Menton, near the Itailian frontier, wich is by our means the loveliest coastplace. So, there is too much to see in the environment in the short period you are enjoying your stay at the villa in Biot.


Two things however: the dead end road towards the villa and the excellent parking place for the car is really steep, if your engine has not enough power or is overloaded it can be tricky to depart. Further it is very narrow, an unexperienced driver will have problems with a big car.
The mattras was a little bit too thin for us, so for older people it can give neck- or backpain.
