This 2nd floor apartment has a lift, a sunny balcony and stunning views. Light, modern, spacious, with marble floors, efficient air-conditioning & out-of-season, luxurious under floor heating. The apartment is well equipped and stylishly furnished. Sleeps 4 in comfort, with a sofa-bed in the living area for 2 more if required. Concierge service. Prices include all linen.

The property was just as described.It was clean and very well equipped.Even basic cooking requirements(e.g.olive oil) and beach equipment was supplied.Five minutes walk to the gastronomic centre with lots of restaurants immediately beside.If you don't like walking, a very regular bus stops practically outside the concierge's accommodation and cost to harbour is 1euro.A magnificient bakery is 100 metres away and they supply just the right food to make breakfast on the balcony ,looking over a full view of the Med., unforgettable.
The property is not chrome and glitz but it is LOCATION

This really is a wonderful apartment. It's a real 'home from home' with everything you could need to enjoy your holiday. There is plenty of space and the apartment is bright and airy. The view is exceptional - we loved it, and the location is excellent. The beach is right outside the front entrance - great for nipping back and forward.

It's within easy walking distance to the centre of Cannes where there are several supermarkets and there are plenty of smaller food stores near the apartment. There's a lovely boulangerie a few minutes from the back entrance which is open all day long - great for those morning croissants and pains au chocolat!

This is by far the best apartment we have stayed in and we have not hesitation in recommending it to others.

I have stayed in this apartment twice this year as I love it so much. The accomodation is spotlessly clean and offers ample space for up to 6 people. The views across the bay are really stunning. The photo doesn't do it justice.. The centre of Cannes is less than 10 minutes walk away with the Port and Old Town even closer. If you want to languish on the beach there are numerous private beach clubs opposite the apartment with excellent restaurants and bars. We combined some self catering with some dining out which was perfect for us balancing the budget! I suggest you sit on the balcony at night with a glass of local wine, and maybe some fresh produce from the market to nibble on, you will undoubtedly fall in love with the view, the ambience and the location....

WOW! What a great place! The apartment was perfectly located. The view spectacular. Very well-equipped (even has beach chairs & umbrella and a shopping basket for the market). The proprietor was so friendly and accommodating. We loved it! And we will go back. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

Excellent accommodation. Both bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space. The kitchen has all the facilities that you would require.

The building has a lift so there is no problem with stairs.

The views are spectacular. It is quiet even though its on the sea front.

Many restaurants in walking distance together with the bus station and the train station.

Have been twice and have just booked for the third time.

The owner is very accommodating and helpful.
