A well appointed one bedroom apartment within an exclusive Domain adjacent to the prestigious Riviera Golf, golf course. This is an ideal place to spend a holiday. The apartment, which is larger than most single bedroom apartments, is on the second floor of an attractively designed modern purpose built block surrounded by landscaped gardens and is complete with underground parking. The apartment itself has a large well furnished lounge with a dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate WC. The balcony which is accessed from the lounge and bedroom is furnished so that meals can be taken outdoors. Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool which is accessed by a path to the side of the apartments. The pool is in the sun all day long, with magnificent uninterrupted views of the Esterel beyond the golf course. A large hypermarket is close by, the beaches are 4km away and Cannes is approximately 10 km away with all its joie de vie.

The apartment is located in a quiet and secure Domaine entered by electrically operated gates. Access to the apartment is by lift or stairs. It is advisable to have a car as the only amenities within comfortable walking distance are at the golf course. The quiet situation of the apartment allows one to relax in comfort whilst allowing easy access to all of the attractions of the local area.
