Our apartment is located on the third floor of a traditional French building. It has 1 double bed in bedroom & a 'z-bed' for use in living room. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The bathroom is large with a double vanity unit. It’s a nice apartment pleasantly furnished and comfortable. Located in Le Suquet, It is ideal for both holiday and business trips, as both the Palais des Festivals and beaches are within a 3 minute walk. Le Suquet with its narrow winding streets is filled with restaurants and small shops. The covered market (Fortville) is 2 minutes away and is well worth a visit, it’s ideal for purchasing - cheese, flowers and vegetables, It also comes with bags of local atmosphere and will be a challenge to ones ‘school boy’ French. The Old Port is on the doorstop where one can admire the super yachts of the rich and famous, or catch a boat to the Islands, Monaco or St. Tropez. There is secure public underground parking very close to the apartment(rates on request

The apartment superbly located in the old town of Cannes, just a 2-minute stroll to the Palais des Festivals. Whether you are attending one of Cannes' many conferences or on a holiday, you will want to be at the very heart of the action. Nearby you will find wonderful restaurants and bars, shops, a little supermarket, fantastic jewelers, bakeries and much more. Life in Cannes centres around the world famous Croisette, the most elegant seaside promenade in Europe. Flanked by clear blue sea, golden beaches and perfect lines of striped parasols on one side and on the other stately palms, exclusive shops and pavement cafes. The beach is 200 meters away, The local railway station is about a five minute walk away and affords the opportunity to explore all what the Cote D’Azur has to offer. There are regular trains to Nice and Monaco, and Ventimellia in Italy, not to mention all the areas in between.

  • Prices quoted are based on two people sharing, and are fully inclusive of bed linen, towels and utilities. The 3rd person is charged at an additoonal 50 Euro per week. There are no hidden extras.
  • A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking, Full payment must be received 3 weeks prior to arrival date. An additional security deposit of £250 or 25% is required which will be returned upon safe return of the keys and the apartment left in good order.
  • Arrival and departure dates are flexible.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment and cannot recommend it enough. The flat is beautiful, very clean and cosy and is located at the very heart of Cannes. Everything is at walking distance: sea, restaurants, shops, the market, the croisette... I highly recommend it!

A weekend in Cannes

We had a fabulous weekend in Cannes and this apartment was perfect. Bijoux- but absolutely fully equipped with everything you could need and so it is PERFECT for travelling light (all the more space for your purchases)!!.
Getting there could not be easier. Just get on the direct bus from the airport and get off at the Hotel de Ville in Cannes.The apartment is 2 minutes (if that) from the bus stop and is at the beginning of the characterful "old town" with restaurants galore at night and so close to the beach during the day. The food and flower market is fabulous and worth a visit just for the experience.
It is also very easy to visit Nice by train or bus.

Thank you for allowing us to stay your apartment. We had a wonderful time browsing in the market and sipping coffee while watching the world go by.(In between meetings!!). The location is fantastic.... so close to the conference centre. You're right everything is on your doorstep. Can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy some time on the beach. Maria is lovely, very helpful.

A fantastic apartment right in the heart of the old town. Excellent meet and greet service allowing us to settle in from the first instance. Pat and David were helpful and on hand to us throughout the entire break with the best recommendations of places to go and see. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing a break in the South of France.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your appartment. We found it all very clean and comfortable, just like home from home and so convienient, everything is on the doorstep. It was wonderful to have Maria to meet us. Everything was so easy and smooth. Thanks again we had a great holiday.
