Situated in the centre of Cannes, this 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located in a gated community on Avenue Isola Bella, a few streets back from the Noga Hilton Hotel. The Palais des Festivals et des Congress, the Boulevard de La Croisette (the famous seafront promenade) and Rue D'Antibes (the main shopping street) are all only minutes walk away. Built in the former orchard of a nun's convent, Residence Isola Bella is a haven of tranquility. There is a swimming pool and a garage space. The 55sq m apartment contains a fully fitted Siemens kitchen inc. a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a separate utility room containing a washer/dryer. The apartment can sleep up to six people very comfortably. The apartment has three sunny terraces totaling 60sq m. It also has air conditioning and central heating in each room. It is perfect for those attending a conference or on holiday. It is a very popular apartment, so book early!

The apartment is very well situated in the centre of Cannes. While there is car parking, you don't actually need a car - you can walk to everything you need in minutes! Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (5 min), supermarkets (3 min), restaurants (4 min), beaches (6 min), the Palais (9 min), La Croisette (6 min), train station (5 min), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (9 min), marketplace Gambetta (4 min), marketplace Forville (8 min). If you have a car you can head off for the day to St Paul de Vence, Mougins, Grasse, Monte Carlo or St Tropez and be back in time for dinner! All of these places are accessible by train, bus or even boat (in the case of St Tropez).

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rates above are inclusive. During conference periods the rates are higher, as listed, due to stronger demand.
  • The rate covers the provision of linen and towels for up to 6 people, use of the pool, wifi internet access, underground parking and final cleaning on departure.
    Additionally, we require a refundable Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This must be charged to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.
  • Payments can only be accepted in euros.

Notes: The apartment is very well kitted out. The washing machine/ dryer is located in a separate laundry room away from the living room. There is a clothes horse outside for drying beach towels. We have 2 large garden/terrace umbrellas to provide shade in summer. Additionally, we provide portable sun umbrellas, a cooler bag, beach mats and swimming equipment for your trips to the beach. We also have a visitors' Welcome Book' available in the apartment with good tips on places to see, restaurants etc. and we offer some local maps for our guests to use. There is a library of DVDs and CDs for our guests' use. We have just added a wall-mounted, 32inch flat screen TV to the living area. There are a variety of English channels available on the cable TV service.

CLEANLINESS: One important area for us is that anywhere we stay is spotlessly clean. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!

BEACH TOWELS: While we do provide towels for each guest, we do not supply beach towels so please remember to bring your own.

Changeover day: Changeover day is normally Saturday but off-season we will consider changeovers on other days. We will try to accommodate if possible!
