Modern and newly furnished, this 5th floor 28sqm studio (with lift) has the benefit of a 9 sqm terrace with beautiful views over Cannes and its stunning coast, air-conditioning/heating, a modern kitchenette and bathroom with bath/shower. Situated in the quiet Avenue de Grasse, its just 3 minutes walk from the wonderful food/flower market and the Old Town with its charming cafes, bars and restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the Croisette with its designer shops, the beach and the Palais de Festival. Secure parking available on request. TV/DVD/CD, wireless internet access, hairdryer, iron + ironing board, all linen and towels (except beach towels) provided. 2 great sleeper sofas, which can be made up to two 1.40m wide comfortable beds are available to make your stay a restful one.

Absoultely loved my stay at this apartment. Location is very convenient for access to old town, restaurants and the Festival Hall. Booking and money transaction was easy and the owner was very responsive to all my enquiries. Upon arrival I was greeted by Suzanne, the local agent, who was extremely friendly and helpful with tips of where to eat and which areas to explore. The apartment is nicely furnished in a modern style, clean and equipped with everything we needed.
Would definately stay there again when coming to Cannes next time.
