The studio is in a quiet modern block on the second floor reached by a lift or stairs. It is spacious ,light and very comfortable.The entrance hall opens onto a marble floored living area with sliding doors onto the 6ft by 16ft south facing balcony, (with awning) , which is ideal for sunning and alfresco dining for four. There is a double 'Clik Clak' sofa bed and a single divan, two chests of drawers and a wardrobe cupboard. The American kitchen is well equipped with two hobs, microwave, fridge and small washing machine etc.The newly refurbished bathroom with white decor and excellent lighting has a shower and W.C and basin.

Situated in the heart of Cannes, in the region known as the 'Banane', in a quiet street yet only 50 metres from the beach and the Croisette. The studio is ideal for shopping in the Rue D'Antibes, and Meynadier, the markets and for playing on the beach and strolling along the Croisette.Villa Lutece is in easy reach of all the restaurants and cafes and is only 10mins walk away from the Festival Hall and the Port.The bus station is also a 10mins walk and the train station a 6mins walk away, with frequent trains and buses to explore either along the coast. or inland. The ferries from the old port of Cannes take you as far as St Tropez and San Remo. The regular bus service from Nice Airport drops you very close to the studio

Nice apartment in beautiful Cannes.

This apartment is nice and has a lovely, sunny balcony. The location is
fantastic, near to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
We have stayed 4 times and have booked again for 2010.
The owner has been very helpful and questions are quickly answered.
We will absolutely recommend this apartment.

This apartment is just perfect! Fab location, lovely and clean and has everything you need to have a great time in Cannes. The owners have been nothing but helpful and accommodating with the booking and arrival details. The apartment facilities and location are exactly as described on the site.You can walk to le croisette, the beach and shops easily and train and coach facilities are easy to access too. We have been two years in a row now and plan to return next year. It is so easy to get to and has made our hoildays to Cannes both relaxing and enjoyable. I would certainly reccommend this property!

Fantastic location. Clean thoughout. Lovely sunny balcony. Lift to apartment. Everything is fantastic about this apartment. One of the most important things is that you feel secure, there is a concierge on call 24 hours a day should you run into problems.

I would highly recommed this apartment to all age groups. I can't wait to go back in May.

Renting the apartment just goes so smooth from the outset, from your first email of interest to Mrs Guest, a wonderful lady.
