Situated on the 4th floor, this bright and airy apartment is perfect for any stay in Cannes. Crystal Palace is centrally located, just a few streets back from the Noga Hilton Hotel, on the corner of Boulevard de Strasbourg and Rue Louis Nouveau. The Palais des Festivals et des Congress is only approx 10 minutes walk away. It is 5 minutes walk to beaches and restaurants. Boulevard de La Croisette, the famous seafront promenade and Rue D'Antibes, the main shopping street are just minutes away. There is a lift, and secure parking available in a basement garage. The 48sq m apartment contains a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge. The apartment can sleep up to four people very comfortably. The apartment has a sunny south-west balcony. It has central heating for cooler weather. It is suitable for individuals on business, or for couples or families on vacation. The apartment is set back a few streets behind the Noga Hilton Hotel in a residential area. It is very well situated to reach everything in Cannes conveniently. While there is car parking, you can walk to everything you need in minutes! Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (4 mins), supermarkets (3 mins), restaurants (4 mins), beaches (6 mins), the Palais (10 mins), La Croisette (6 mins), train station (5 mins), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (10 mins), marketplace Gambetta (4 mins), marketplace Forville (9 mins). Only a minute away is the Tennis Gallia Barrière. Tennis fans can enjoy a game in the historical setting of the Tennis Gallia Barrière, the original home of the clay court in France. After your game, you can relax in the club’s outdoor swimming pool or enjoy a light meal in the bar-restaurant. The club’s tennis school offers private and group lessons as well as longer training courses.

Notes to the rental rates

These rates are fully INCLUSIVE of linen/ towels/cleaning plus parking. There are no hidden extras.
The rate apply except during special Festival and conference weeks at the Palais and over the Christmas or Easter periods.

We do require a Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.

Payment is accepted only in euros. We can accept payment by Visa and Mastercard or by electronic bank transfer.

| Notes: | There are 4 garden chairs plus a table outside to facilitate outdoor dining. This is a non-smoking apartment but guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony. There is also a hair-dryer provided for guests' use - saves guests having to bring their own! |
TENNIS FANS
The famous Lucien Barriere Tennis Club is just across and up the street from the apartment. Courts can be booked by non members for approx €22 per court per hour in low season and for approx €25 per court per hour in high season.
CLEANLINESS
One important area for us is that anywhere we stay is spotlessly clean. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!
BEACH TOWELS
While we do provide towels, you need to remember to bring your own beach towels.
