Notes to the rental rates

  • These rates are fully INCLUSIVE of linen/ towels/cleaning plus parking. There are no hidden extras.
    The rate apply except during special Festival and conference weeks at the Palais and over the Christmas or Easter periods.
  • We do require a Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.
  • Payment is accepted only in euros. We can accept payment by Visa and Mastercard or by electronic bank transfer.

TENNIS FANS

The famous Lucien Barriere Tennis Club is just across and up the street from the apartment. Courts can be booked by non members for approx €22 per court per hour in low season and for approx €25 per court per hour in high season.

CLEANLINESS

One important area for us is that anywhere we stay is spotlessly clean. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!

While we do provide towels, you need to remember to bring your own beach towels.
