This wonderfully spacious apartment on the top (7th) floor of the newly built Villa Montebello, is perfect for a stay in Cannes. It is centrally and conveniently located, just a few streets back from the Noga Hilton Hotel, on Boulevard de la Republique. The Palais des Festivals et des Congress is only approx 10 minutes walk away. It is 5 minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants. Boulevard de La Croisette, the famous seafront promenade and Rue D'Antibes, the main shopping street are just minutes away. There is a lift, and secure parking available in an underground garage. The 67sq m apartment contains a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge and washer/dryer. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. The balcony of 22 sq m, sunny all day, can be accessed from each room. It has lovely views of the Esteril Mountains over the terracotta rooftops of Cannes. It is ideal for individuals on business trips or anyone on vacation.

The apartment is very well situated in the centre of Cannes. While there is car parking, you don't really need a car - you can walk to everything you want in minutes! Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (5 min), supermarkets (3 min), restaurants (4 min), beaches (6 min), the Palais (9 min), La Croisette (6 min), train station (5 min), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (9 min), marketplace Gambetta (4 min), marketplace Forville (8 min). There is a wonderful boulangerie (bakery) / patisserie (pastry shop) almost immediately across the street from Villa Montebello which makes the trip out each morning, for your baguette or croissants, very easy.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above rates are FULLY INCLUSIVE covering parking, the provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people, and final cleaning on departure. NOTE: An additional cleaning fee of €40 is payable for parties of 5 or 6.
    Additionally we require a Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.
    Payment is accepted only in euros.
  • The rental prices above apply except during conference and festival dates or over the Christmas or Easter periods. Please contact us for those prices.
  • Cheaper rates can be negotiated for longer stays in low season.

CLEANLINESS: One important area for us is that anywhere we stay is spotlessly clean. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!

BEACH TOWELS: While we provide towels, you need to remember to bring your own beach towels.

Nice and modern apartment

We were three people staying in this apartment for two weeks.It was all in all a good experience. It took us ten minutes to walk to the most central areas in Cannes. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. There was a pastry shop nearby and also a cheap and charming pizzeria next door.
The owner gave us good information in advance and all practical things were handled professionally. The apartment is spacious and light, the only problem is lack of places to store suitcases, bags, clothes etc. There are few closets available for that. It was very practical to park in the garage - even though it is best suited for smaller cars.
Nevertheless, our experience is good and we will recommend others to stay there.
