Cannes is a pretty and very elegant town, surrounded by beaches and the famous 'Croisette' just in front of the Lerins islands. Cannes is the city of festivals, sports activities, museums. You will have about 300 sunny days per year, blue sky and a particular brightness. It specific weather is what you expect from the Cote d'Azur. Second floor apartment, 1 double bedroom with small double sofa bed in living room. Dining area. Fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with tub/shower, independent WC. Nice apartment pleasantly furnished, comfortable and cosy, with air conditioned, double glazing. 2 minutes walking distance to the Congress Centre (just behind hotel Majectic) and to the beach. This apartment is located in a very lighting up street, nice area close to the Congress Centre and several hotels, central to all the restaurants, bars and the famous shopping street 'Rue d'Antibes'. Nearby to all public transports and markets, public parking, about 300 metres to the railway station.
