Safe quiet area and yet so near to centre of activity of Cannes Supermarche Casino within a short walk and a new delightful tea/coffee shop, Close to bus stop to centre of Cannes connect to Nice, Antibes, Mandeli. Concierge in building to help and life to fist floor apartment. Bright and cheerful apartment overlooking a private garden and balcony facing east, delightful for breakfast every morning having purchased the baguette for breakfast. Near to several golf clubs for the budding golfer and serious golfer. Great centre to drive to Paul de Vence, Mougins, Eze, Monte Carlo and Italy, San Remo for the markets and of course shopping in Rue Antibes in Cannes and several wonderful restaurant in the old town of Le Suquet in Cannes.

Close by a village green where boules are played and cafes restaurant. Bus stop very near No. 8 to take you to the centre ville in Cannes and then by train bus to north south, east or west to explore the beautiful South of France, old and new. There are several golf clubs nearby, a car is handy for this but can be done by bus. The apartment is 1st floor with lift and has a car parking space. There is a Sailing School nearby on the beach and kite gliding, hang gliding water skiing, and a marina. Plenty of activity or just relaxation.

American style Kitchen has oven, hob, & microwave, fridge freezer hot water, always plenty of storage space for Delph counter bar for breakfast. The large lounge has L shaped well upholstered couch capable of sleeping 2 children or 1 adult. The terrace is east facing overlooking a pleasant garden and private, wonderful for breakfast & an evening glass of wine. The apartment has an airy bright feel to it & is fully tiled throughout, with super storage areas. Private car parking included. Concierge to assist. Car useful but not necessary. Local facilities: Village type living experiences to local shops, cafés & coffee shops, garages, Sandy beach sailing school, Casino. NO. 8 Bus all within 200 metres or a wonderful walk along the prom to the Croisette. Trains available to take you to wherever Monte Carlo, St.Tropez or towards the mountains in Vence

Other Activities: walking along the promenade towards Cannes and out to old town absolutely delightful local artists show their art pictures on Sunday
