Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift), this well appointed two-bed apartment is located on Rue Hoche in the heart of Cannes. Bright and airy with mostly 12-foot high ceilings, it is ideal for both business and holiday visitors as it is just 3 minutes walk to the Palais, the Croisette and to the beaches. It was recently renovated in a practical, modern style. It comprises of an air-conditioned living/dining room, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. It is ideal as a base for touring the local region. There is lots to do in Cannes itself - shopping, sun bathing, swimming, visiting the markets etc. For the more adventurous, there are boat trips to the local islands or along the coast to St Tropez. There are lots of great boulangeries and street cafes for that morning croissant or there is a huge selection of restaurants serving wonderful food to suit any budget. You will love it!

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above rates are FULLY INCLUSIVE covering the provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people and final cleaning on departure. For larger groups of 5 or 6 people, an additional €40 charge applies to cover the extra linen and cleaning. The rates apply except during festival and congress weeks or at Christmas/Easter. Please apply for those prices.
  • Additionally we require a Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.
  • Payment is accepted only in euros. We can accept payment by Visa and Mastercard or by electronic bank transfer.

Notes: The living room has air-conditioning which can also be used as heating in cooler months. Each of the bedrooms has a stand alone fan. You do not need a car in this apartment as it is so close to everything. However, should you need or wish to bring a car, you can prebook car parking (in the Palais public car park) online. Cleanliness: One important area for us is that anywhere we stay is spotlessly clean. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!

Beach towels: While we do provide towels for each guest, we do not supply beach towels so please remember to bring your own.

Local markets: Cannes is always a wonderful location for a holiday, whether in summer or winter as the local markets provide a great place for shopping as well as for people-watching! Gambetta market is moments away from Rue Hoche. But the most famous market in Cannes is the Forville market which specialises in locally-grown fruit, vegetables and flowers. In summer it is a wonderful sight with the brightly colored fruits and berries. You can also buy olive oil, cold cuts, a wide variety of cheeses, farm fresh eggs as well as dried herbs and spices. Forville can be found two blocks north from the Hotel de Ville on Rue Félix Faure. This is a big, active covered market, that takes up a full, long block. A flower market is at the west end of this covered area. Art/antiques/crafts - a Marché Brocante is held every Saturday in Cannes, 'Sur Les Allées' - opposite the old port, beneath the trees.
