Cannes is the 'star' of the French Riviera, famous for the International Film Festival and the glitzy hotels, cars, beaches and visitors attracted here. The city of Cannes is centered around the old port, with the central part quite compact. The famous 'Croisette' is the boulevard and the beach that extends around the bay to the east of the port, in the protected 'Rade de Cannes'. Out around the point at the west side of the port, the Boulevard Jean Hibert runs along the coast to the west, with even more fine sandy beaches. The Rue d'Antibes is the main street running east-west through the center of the city, becoming the Rue Félix Faure at the bottom end, past the Allée de la Liberté and the port. The Boulevard Carnot runs north out of the city, through residential-shopping areas, to the A8 autoroute, and inland towards Grasse.

  • Booking note: 30% non-refundable deposit to be received within one week of booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to start of rental. Prices are quoted in UK £, but payable in euros. A cash deposit of £250 or 350 euros will be required on arrival, this will be returned at the end of the stay on leaving the apartment in a satisfactory condition.
  • You will be met and greeted by our agent on your arrival. Towels and linens are supplied at 25euros per person and there is a charge of 50 euros payable at the time of booking for the exit cleaning .

The galley style kitchen has a halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher and is well equipped with black and cream contemporary style crockery, glassware and kitchen essentials. If you are a Nespresso coffee aficionado there is a Krups nespresso machine available - just bring your particular favourite capsules! A double glazed patio door opens onto the second smaller rear balcony with views of the Californie hills. The comfortable sofa bed sleeps 2 people in the lounge, which leads onto a balcony which is sunny and spacious, with stylish patio table and chairs for 4.
