This third floor studio apartment and balcony with stair and lift access has just recently been newly refurbished and furnished to a very high standard. (with car parking) Situated in a quiet location at the bottom of Ave De Grasse, only a 3 minute walk to the centre of Cannes. Fully equipped with Air Con/Heat, Wireless Internet Access, Sky and French TV, Washing Machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Smoke Alarm. Welcome pack included in 1 week bookings - bottle of wine, milk, tea,coffee, biscuits. Linens and towels included. Private car parking included. Only a 3 Minute walk to Le Suquet (the old quarter) with its fantastic selection of Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. Only a 5 minute walk to the Train + Bus Stations, Rue d'Antibes, and a 8 minute walk to the Croisette, Palais Des Festivals and Beach.

Perfect pied-à-terre

We've stayed in this apartment twice now. It's ideally situated for the old town part of Cannes, and it's only a short walk down to the sea, and the accompanying bars and restaurants.
The apartment is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Although the kitchenette is small, we found it perfectly adequate for preparing our own meals on the occasions we chose not to eat out (and there is a big market five minutes away, so there's plenty of opportunity to buy your own fresh produce).
The property manager was charming and efficient, and met us promptly when we arrived - Both times we have stayed at the apartment we have journeyed down by train, which is a pleasant trip through the French countryside.
Cannes is an ideal base for exploring this part of France - There are plenty of trains to other places such as Nice or Monaco, and rail travel is far better value than in the UK!
We would also recommend spending time on both the Îles de Lérins - Boats from the harbour leave pretty regularly, and you could easily spend a day on each - They are scenic and peaceful, and a really good contrast to the busy streets of Cannes Ville.

We will definitely be going back again in the future - The apartment owner is genuinely interested in making sure you enjoy your stay, and will recommend restaurants etc. for anyone who hasn't been there before.

My husband and I spent a lovely week in Cannes Aug 09. The apartment is very well located within walking distance of all the attractions. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the area very quiet, guaranteeing a good nights sleep. We had beautiful meals in the restaurants recommend to us by Raymond, and found all the tourist information provided invaluable. I would love to return to Cannes again, and would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Nice holiday in Cannes

We spent ten days in Cannes and enjoyed the city very must. We liked the lively streets with many people, but we were pleased to have an apartment just a few steps away from the lively streets where we could relax. The apartment was very well situated near to beach and shops. The apartment was very well equipped and we enjoyed silent evenings on our small private balcony.

Comfortable and great value base with of excellent

This is a great place for two to use as a base to explore Cannes, the Cotes d'Azur and other nearby places.

The compact studio has pretty much everything you need and the bathroom is of a high standard.

The owner and local agent are easy to do business with, are helpful and good communicators.

Overall it is highly recommended.
