(Watch amazing sunsets while relaxing on the balcony furniture) - Secure underground car parking provides direct access to the apartment through the lifts. - All rooms have air conditioning and heating depending on the season. - The kitchen has been installed with all mod cons and opened up to create a bright open living space. - The first bedroom has a large double bed and the second has two single beds each with accompanying visitor beds. - 2 large swimming pools with changing facilities. - Continually voted one of the best apartments in the area by local estate agents.

Cannes town centre is located a few minutes drive from the sea front or a thirty five minute leisurely walk that twists down hill, along country road giving some fabulous views. There is a small shopping centre nearby with all the local amenities - bakers, butchers, supermarkets, hairdressers, bar, restaurant and pharmacies.

Fantastic property in a good location with its own parking and on-site swimming pool, however, the property does not have internet access as advertised. Would stay again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
