Situated in the centre of Cannes, this 1 bed, ground floor apartment is ideally located in a gated community on Avenue Isola Bella, a few streets back from the Noga Hilton Hotel. The Palais des Festivals et des Congress, the Boulevard de La Croisette (the famous seafront promenade) and Rue D'Antibes (the main shopping street) are all only minutes walk away. Residence Isola Bella was built and finished to the highest standard in 2005. There is a lovely swimming pool. The 48sq m apartment contains a fully fitted luxury kitchen including a dishwasher, 4 plate hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The apartment has 2 sofabeds and can sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. The apartment has a sunny terrace totalling 21sq m which can be accessed from the living area, kitchen and bedroom. It also has built-in air conditioning and central heating. It is suitable for family holidays, couples wanting a romantic break away or for individuals on business.

The rates above are inclusive and apply except during festival and congress dates or over the Christmas/Easter periods. Please enquire for those rates.
Our prices cover the provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people, use of the pool, underground parking and final cleaning on departure. NOTE: An additional cleaning fee of €40 is payable for parties of 5 or 6.

We do require a Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.

Payment is accepted only in euros. We can accept payment by Visa and Mastercard or by electronic bank transfer.

| Notes: | There is a clothes horse available for drying towels and washing. The apartment is strictly NO SMOKING - but guests are free to smoke on the terrace. The is a table and chairs on the terrace for dining al fresco. PARKING is provided in a secure underground car park, which can be accessed by lift. |
CLEANLINESS
One important factor for us is that anywhere we stay is spotlessly clean. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. The bed is dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest.
BEACH TOWELS
While we do provide towels for each guest, we do not supply beach towels so please remember to bring your own.

We had a very enjoyable time and the location was really convenient. Haywoods, UK/ We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the South of France very much. The apartment was fabulous and its location is very convenient to all amenities.
