Centrally located within the very sought-after 'Banane' area in Cannes, this spacious studio is a practical and comfortable option for any visitors coming to Cannes. The studio is situated on Rue Georges Clemenceau, close to Le Suquet and the Old Port. It is on the 5th (top) floor in a modern building with a lift. It is a 3-minute walk to the Midi Plage beach and exactly a 10-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals along the seafront. The apartment is well furnished, clean and practical. It comprises of a small hall with good storage space, a generous sized living/dining area with 2 double sofa beds and a separate, well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a 4-ring hob (3 electric, one gas), fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a small balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or sharing a glass of wine. The studio overlooks the quiet Rue Hilbert. There is a pretty view of the clock tower at Le Suquet to be seen over the terracotta rooftops. Lovely!

This studio's location in the older part of established Cannes, with its pure French character, is very desirable. Central to the beach and the Old Port, it has a myriad of restaurants in all directions, shopping along cobbled streets (5 min walk), Le Suquet castle/church and its spectacular view (10 min walk). You can buy fresh fruit, vegetable, flowers and fish daily at Forville market (just 5 min walk). There is easy access to transport - the bus terminus at the Old Port is about 8 min walk, with coach connections direct to Nice airport running every half hour.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above rates are INCLUSIVE. They apply except during conference dates in Cannes or over the Christmas/Easter periods. Please apply for those special rates.
  • The inclusive price covers the provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people and final cleaning on departure. We do require a Breakages Deposit of €300 for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.
  • Payment is accepted only in euros. We can accept payment by Visa and Mastercard or by electronic bank transfer.

However, should you need or wish to bring a car, you can prebook car parking (in the Palais public car park) online. You can book a week's parking for just €81.50.
