This apartment is the perfect Cannes location for anyone - whether coming for one of the many festivals / congresses or simply for a holiday or break away. The apartment is on the top (5th) floor of a typically french building with a lift. The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave. The first bedroom is a comfortably sized double room. The beds in the second bedroom are set into the eaves and therefore the ceiling above them is quite low. But having said that, the bedroom is perfect for those prepared to be more aware when getting in and out of bed and for children. There is a nicely tiled bathroom with a separate WC. There is remote-controlled air-con in the main living/dining area and in the master bedroom. Overall this is a lovely, bright apartment which has a truly french feel. It is modern and fresh and the location in Cannes' very heart is hard to beat!

Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (1 min), supermarkets (3 min), restaurants (1 min), beaches (2 min), the Palais (2 min), La Croisette (2 min), train station (5 min), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (3 min), marketplace Gambetta (4 min), marketplace Forville (4 min). Zara is the corner shop.

  • The above prices are INCLUSIVE and apply except for dates during conference or festival weeks. Please enquire for these prices and for dates over Christmas/Easter. The price covers the provision of linen and towels plus final cleaning on departure.
  • We do require a Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.
  • Payment is accepted only in euros. We can accept payment by Visa and Mastercard or by electronic bank transfer.

Notes: Although this apartment is very central, it is extremely quiet. You are guaranteed a good night's sleep - something often much needed after a long haul flight or a heavy day exhibiting at the Palais. The kitchen has a coffee-maker and a toaster to help you to get started in the morning! The apartment has overhead velux windows which means that it is a very bright and airy apartment and it also catches the sun for most of the day. There is remote controlled air-con available in both the main room and the master bedroom. You do not need a car in this apartment as it is so close to everything. However, should you need or wish to bring a car, you can prebook car parking (in the Palais public car park) online. You can book a week's parking for just €81.50. This car park is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment and is enclosed, secure and monitored. Please ask us to provide you with the website link.

Better for a couple

Location was excellent. Only issue for us is that we had 2 young children so the of outdoor area or balcony or windows made it a little claustrophobic. Much better suited to a couple.

Just to say that we did indeed enjoy our stay. It is a lovely apartment - very light and bright and if we return to Cannes we would definitely stay there again. The apartment is nice and central, and great to be a part of "old" Cannes where the people in the neighbouring apartments are locals. This is well part of its charm. The bathroom is also lovely - very light and bright. Anyhow thanks for letting it to us!
