Secure quiet 2 bedroom 1st floor luxury apartment away from the street noise, opening onto a private courtyard. 120m from the Mediterranean with golden sandy beaches and just 679m from the Palais des Festivals/Festival Hal/Conference centerl (as measured in Google Earth). Build in 2003, the apartment has a live-in caretaker, digital coded electronic access to the main entrance, elevator and electric shutters. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with combined shower/bath, double wash-hand basins and a separate toilet. The west-facing terrace opens onto a courtyard with its Roman forum, palm trees, jasmine and fountain making it ideal for outdoor dining/relaxing. The airport bus stop is 300m away and outside the main entrance is the bus stop for Cannes-Grasse, (perfume capital). Secure lockup underground parking available at an additional cost of €50/week

Best Location In Cannes

My wife and I have stayed in this quiet and comfortable apartment on 4 years running! We keep returning because we been taken with the following:

- The 120m walk down to the Plage de Midi (best beach in Cannes!)
- Daily trips to the Marché Forville for fruit, vegetables, pastries, and wine all to be enjoyed on the apartment's sunny terrace.
- The short stroll to the restaurants of the rue du Suquet
- Walks along the Croisette, under palm shade, with the rows of beach chairs on one side and glorious 1920s hotel facades on the other.
- Shopping along the Rue d'Antibes
- Short walk to the train station for day trips to Antibes, Monaco, Nice, and San Remo.
- The Casino Croisette for a late-night pull at the slots.
- The nightclub scene on the Rue du Commandant d'André.
- Short drive to Mougins, Grasse, and St Paul de Vence.
- Excellent VOIP phone and wireless internet access.

The owner is very accommodating and made certain that we knew where everything we needed was to be found (from beach gear to the air conditioning controls to the newest restaurants!) We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Cannes either for business or pleasure and will be returning yet again this year. Our only dissenting point would be that the apartment could do with a re-stock of DVDs for those hours between the beach and the Cannes nightlife.

Owner's Response: We now have internet TV so watching movies should be better with over 100 TV channels

A Little Gem

My husband and I stayed here in July 2008 along with our two teenagers.We were met on arrival by the owners,a charming couple from Mayo who gave us a great welcome along with advice on where to eat and all types of activities to do.
The apartment is in a lovely quiet location, yet within walking distance of the hot spots of Cannes and about 2 minutes walk from the beach. No need for car hire.We loved the bakery across the road where we bought our croissants and fruit each morning for a lovely relaxing breakfast on the terrace.With all the excellent restaurants nearby there is no need to cook.
we will definitely be returning and using their special offer for repeat customers.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Young family visited and got the most out of their Cannes visit from water sports to shopping to mountain climbing/walking.

what a lovely place

Was thrilled with the apartment location.
Close to everything, could get there on foot
to beach
to market
to bus stop/train station
to Croisette

The owner collected us from the airport bus stop at the end of the street. Although only 300m it was very nice to get the lift as we had a lot of bags and not sure where to go.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Very secure and quiet. As a retired couple we loved the place, have recommended to friends and will return.

Superb location

My wife and I stayed in this holiday apartment in April 2007. We were pleasently suprised at how convenient it was to excellent restaurants, bars, beach, marina & the Croissette (all within mins walk). It was also convenient to the train station if you want to hop up to Monte Carlo for a day. The landlady was very helpful ensuring we knew where everything was etc etc. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Cannes and will be using it again over the coming years.
