Secure 2 bedroom 1st floor luxury apartment away from the street noise, opening onto a private courtyard. 120m from the Mediterranean with golden sandy beaches and just 679m from the Palais des Festivals/Festival Hal/Conference centerl (as measured in Google Earth). Build in 2003, the apartment has a live-in caretaker, digital coded electronic access to the main entrance, elevator and electric shutters. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with combined shower/bath, double wash-hand basins and a separate toilet. The west-facing terrace opens onto a courtyard with its Roman forum, palm trees, jasmine and fountain making it ideal for outdoor dining/relaxing. The airport bus stop is 300m away and outside the main entrance is the bus stop for Cannes-Grasse, (perfume capital). Secure lockup underground parking available at an additional cost of €50/week
