This first floor, one bedroom apartment in Les Arcades, is situated on Rue du Commandant André, one of the most exclusive and vibrant streets in Cannes. The street links La Croisette to the main shopping street, Rue d’Antibes. The apartment is centrally located, just 30 metres from La Croisette and a 3-minute stroll to the Palais, where the world famous Cannes Film Festival takes place each year. The apartment is situated in an elegant 1930’s Art Deco building equipped with a lift, and has recently been refurbished throughout to create a chic, comfortable space. The apartment provides quality contemporary furnishings and modern luxuries yet retains a period feel. The location of the apartment means that everything that Cannes has to offer is just a stroll away. This, coupled with an excellent bus and rail network to the entire Côte d’Azur, makes hiring a car unnecessary. This apartment is a stylish, comfortable, perfectly located base for a great stay in Cannes, year round.

This apartment is superbly located, just 30 metres from the Croisette and a 3-minute stroll to the Palais des Festivals. Whether you are attending one of Cannes' many conferences or on a holiday, you will want to be at the very heart of the action. Nearby you will find wonderful restaurants and bars, shops (many of the best designers), a little supermarket, fantastic jewellers, bakeries and much more. Life in Cannes centres around the world famous Croisette, the most elegant seaside promenade in Europe. Flanked by clear blue sea, golden beaches and perfect lines of striped parasols on one side and on the other stately palms, exclusive shops and pavement cafés nestled between the beautiful Belle Epoch and Art Deco buildings. A few minutes walk along the prom will bring you to the Vieux Port (old port) and ‘Le Suquet’ (a castle on the hill) where numerous restaurants are packed into the narrow streets climbing the hillside. The views from the top are spectacular!

  • A breakages deposit of €350 is required for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. This transaction is then reversed once the keys are returned safely and the apartment is left in an undamaged and satisfactory condition.

Notes: This stylish apartment is located in an ideal position, very close to the beach and the Palais des Festivals, in one of the most exclusive and vibrant streets in Cannes. Situated within an elegant 1930's building. The interior of the apartment reflects the art deco era with quality furnishing, yet it provides all the comforts for contemporary living. There is double glazing. For warm summer nights, air conditioning is provided in the bedroom and the other rooms have cooling fans. Central heating is provided in winter. Beach equipment is available but you must bring your own beach towels. You do not need a car in this apartment as it is so close to everything. However, should you need or wish to bring a car, you can prebook car parking (in the Palais public car park) online. You can book a week's parking for just €81.50. This car park is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and is enclosed, secure and monitored. Please ask us to provide you with the website.
