The apartment itself is high quality and air conditioned, having been decorated and finished to a high standard. The living area is large and light, equipped with a sofa bed.WiFi access & sat TV (CNN & BBC) are included. There is an open and airy 'American Style' kitchen next to the living area, with a lot of space for entertaining and for communal living. There is also a dining table for 4 persons which is large and comfortable.The bathroom is modern and well fitted and benefits a nice shower. The bedroom has a double bed and a lot of storage space.A baby cot & stroller is also available for child.

  The balance is payable by bank transfer (SWIFT) 4 weeks prior arrival date.

  A deposit of €500 is to be paid when checking-in, which is reversed when checking out if the apartment has been left in good condition.
  Cancellation policy : 8 weeks before arrival date: 30% of rental. 6 weeks before arrival date: 50% of rental. 4 weeks before arrival date: 100% rental.
  Check in time: 3pm-7pm (later than 7pm - extra 20 euros) , Check out time: 8-11am (earlier than 8am - extra 20 euros)
  Final clean is mandatory: 45 euros.
  Linen & towels are optional: only 20 euros per person per stay.
