Located in one of the most famous buildings on 'The Croisette', just walk across the road to the beach and restaurants and fabulous sunsets! Rebuilt at the beginning of 2007, equipped with modern kitchen, bathrooms and quality furnishings and finished as a home from home for Irish family. This apartment is ideally suited for holidays, conferences, and short stay weekends located as it is in the centre of this fabulous city. Stroll 'The Croisette' for your designer labels, walk the beach for exercise and sightings of amazing yachts and cruisers, head to your conference venue, wander up to the Rue D'Antibes for all your other shopping requirements and onwards to the train station to head off to St Tropez, Monaco or even into Italy or else sit and 'people watch' all day long! The 'Palais Miramar' is in the process of being renovated - The basement area into a small exclusive boutique area and the exterior and internal common areas will then be completely restored.

Nearest Airport: Nice at 25 Kilometres

Located directly on 'The Croisette', beside The Carlton Hotel. This apartment is beside the sea, and yet also in the middle of Cannes City. From this great location you can hire a car ( park it in our nearby garage) and travel up to the mountains to see and experience the snow, head up into the hinterland and visit the famous cliff top villages, visit the Matisse Chapel in Vence or take the train east towards Monaco and beyond into Italy or west towards St Tropez. Alternatively you can sample the many golf courses located all around Cannes, try out the Casinos sample the many excellent and good value restaurants or just spend the day on the beach. Finally, you can browse the designer shops on the Croisette or hit the famous Rue D'Antibes for some more serious shopping! Whatever you do, you will not be bored!
