This delightful apartment is ideal for family holidays, weekend breaks and indeed for the business conferences in Cannes. It is thoughtfully furnished and has kept its original French charm with wooden floors and large French windows. There is even a small Parisian style balcony. Situated just one street back from the Rue d'Antibes, the famous shopping area in Cannes, and only 5 minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants. For the business client the Palais des Festivals is only a 10 minute walk away. (extra details: the apartment is situated on the quieter side of the building not facing the road. It is on the second floor with no lift)

This apartment is a fabulous location for either a beach holiday or discovering the Cote d'Azur. Everything you need is in walking distance - the wonderful French markets for fresh produce, the famous seafood restaurants, and of course the beach with all its many activities. (Don't forget the fantastic shopping!). If you are feeling adventurous you are just 5 minutes from the station. Catch a train to visit Nice, Monaco and even Italy. Catch a ferry to the Islands or to St Tropez. The bus station close by can take you inland to visit the famous Perfume capital of Grasse and many hilltop villages.
