Luxurious spacious Studio in a recently refurbished Apartment block. Large terrace with stunning panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes. You can sit on the terrace & watch the luxury Yachts and Cruise liners dock in the Port of Cannes. Very often you can be lucky enough to watch Fireworks displays from the Yachts.Apt is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style which includes 2 leather sofa beds which are of very high quality and comfort. Air Conditioning, secure private parking, Lift access. Very peaceful location yet within 5 minutes walking distance to Designer Shopping on Le Croisette, to amazing restaurants at the Port of Cannes & Le Souquet (Cannes Old town) & to the stunning beaches of Cannes not to mention a few minutes walk to the Famous Palais du Festival. The Apartment is managed by a lady who lives on the 1st floor and she will provide a very friendly service including a Welcome Pack & lots of advice on the surrounding area ie Bus / Train service, Taxi, Doctor etc.

The Studio is located on the 6th floor of the Apartment Block and offers stunning Panoramic Views over the Baie of Cannes. Cannes Eden is located on the residential street of Avenue de Grasse which is very quiet. Yet it is only a 5 minute walk to the town centre! There is a direct Bus service from Nice International Airport and the transfer is about 30 to 60mins depending on which bus you take...Some of the buses from the Airport to Cannes in fact travel down Avenue de Grasse...so you can get off at a stop about 100yrds away! Just ask the driver...In any case the bus and train station and is only a 10min walk but I suggest you get a taxi so that you can get your bearings...you will be very familiar when its time to go home!

Notes: There Lady who provides the meet and greet service, cleaning etc lives in Cannes Eden Apt Block so she is on hand if you have any problems...Need a Taxi, Doctor for instance...There is plenty of storage. The Studio is perfect for a Romantic weekend Away for 2 , for 2 couples who enjoy going away together, or for a couple with 2 children

The apartment building is about a 5-minute walk up a small hill from the train station so it was easy to get to. Supermarket nearby, and a local market in the mornings. Also a 5-minute walk to the marina, and more restaurants than you could ever possibly want.
The place is just as the pictures show but the bed nearest the window was facing towards the entrance and it was already made up for us. It's a sofabed, so not as comfortable as a regular bed could be, but perfectly fine.
Not a lot of space in the kitchen but I think you can see that from the pictures. It's fine for having breakfast, making bocadillos to take to the beach, but a little tight the nights we cooked in. Nevertheless it's adequate.
The bathroom is a good size, it has a clothes washer, and a window with an incredible view that gets a nice breeze.
The best thing for us was the terrace. It's a good size and has a table with 4 chairs and a great view. It was really nice to relax with a bottle of wine at the end of a long day and take in the views and the fresh sea breeze.
If you've never been to Cannes before, you'll quickly realize it's not a cheap place, especially eating out. With a bit of planning at the market and some easy-preperation meals you can save a lot of money by making use of the kitchen.
Overall the place makes a great base for exploring Cannes and the entire French Riviera, or the days that you can't be bothered, relaxing at your home away from home.
