This new one bedroomed apartment is well placed for the centre of Cannes and the Palais des Festival, being only 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is on the first floor and opens into a spacious entrance hall leading to the open plan living area. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with combined washing machine and tumble dryer, oven, hob and fridge. A breakfast bar separates the dining area with table and four chairs. A modern corner sofa easily turns into a comfortable double bed. The double bedroom is a good size with built in wardrobes and a stylish double bed. There is also a single bed in this bedroom. The bathroom is newly tiled with full sized bath and hand shower and the WC is separate, with handbasin. Internet available on request (3G key)

This apartment is a fabulous location for either a beach holiday or discovering the Cote d'Azur. Everything you need is in walking distance - the wonderful French markets for fresh produce, the famous seafood restaurants, and of course the beach with all its many activities.(Don't forget the fantastic shopping!) If you are feeling adventurous you are just 5 minutes from the station. Catch a train to visit Nice, Monaco and even Italy. Catch a ferry to the islands or to St Tropez. The bus station close by can take you inland to visit the famous Perfume capital of Grasse and many hilltop villages.
