Beautiful, bright and airy bourgeouis apartment set in the heart of Cannes, on Rue D'Antibes. On the first floor with lift access, the apartment was refurbished and redecorated to a very high standard in 2006. It has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has king size beds which can be split into two singles (in each room) if necessary. The main living room is very spacious and has a flat screen TV, DVD, satellite/cable and WIFI internet access. It has an open plan kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and a coffee maker. The apartment is immaculately and tastefully furnished. Both to the front and back, tall french windows open out onto standing balconies. The apartment is situated in a traditional french building so the ceilings are very high. It has partial air conditioning and central heating for cooler weather. So, while everything in this apartment is brand new, it retains its original french character.

This apartment is in a perfect location in the centre of Cannes. It is situated on Rue D'Antibes - the most famous and single best shopping street in Cannes. It is opposite the store 'FNAC' and next door to 'Murado'. The cross street is Rue Commandant Andre. You will not need a car for your stay. The apartment is in the very heart of the town and you can walk to everything you want in minutes! Shopping (go downstairs!), supermarkets (3 min), restaurants (1 min), beaches (2 min), the Palais (4 min), La Croisette (2 min), train station (5 min), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (3 min), marketplace Gambetta (4 min), marketplace Forville (4 min).

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above prices are INCLUSIVE and apply except for dates during conference or festival weeks. Please enquire for these prices and for dates over Christmas/Easter/ mid-term breaks. The price covers the provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people and final cleaning on departure.
    We do require a Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.
  • Payment is accepted only in euros. We can accept payment by Visa and Mastercard or by electronic bank transfer.

Notes: There is a utility room with plenty of storage space. There are manual shutters available. There is air conditioning in the main living area and in the larger of the two bedrooms. There is a fan available in the smaller bedroom. You do not need a car in this apartment as it is so close to everything. However, should you need or wish to bring a car, you can prebook car parking (in the Palais public car park) online. You can book a week's parking for just €81.50. This car park is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and is enclosed, secure and monitored. Please ask us to provide you with the website link.

Hallmark of satisfaction is to repeat the experience - have been there twice and I will be returning again and again! High quality finish and maintenance, very roomy and comfortable. Situated within minutes of all amenities (just as described). Shopping (at both ends of the spectrum) is amazing with many cute cafes to rest and have a reviving cuppa! Varied selection of restaurants to suit all tastes within a short walk, which suits very much when one gets as hungry as I do! Just a stroll down to beach and harbour chocfull of wonderful selection of boats. Very convenient too if you wish to hop on a train to explore further afield along the coast. Really looking forward to my next visit!

Relaxing breakaway

Had a wonderful first visit to the South of France. The apartment was so central for visiting Cannes and also Niece and Monte Carlo. Will definately recommend it to others and hope we can return again soon.
