An attractive, sunny flat with charming views of the hills to the east and pretty gardens (palm, olive and orange trees, mimosa etc) and 1920's villas from the two balconies; It is in a quiet residential area, yet right in the heart of Cannes, on the 4th floor, with A/C and a lift Master Bedroom is large with ensuite bathroom with wc, Air-Conditioning, a sitting/study area, + west-facing balcony to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun. The second double bedroom, living room and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, w/machine + table for 3/4) all open onto a long balcony, facing east, to enjoy the morning sun. Second shower-room with wc + independant wc. It is just 8 min walk from the seafront (La Croisette), 5 minutes walk from the smart shops in rue d'Antibes, and exactly 9 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals. There is a new, separate Shower Room (large shower, basin, wc) and a third independant wc. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (about 120 cm/4' wide), other sofas/easy chairs, a dining table for 6, flat-screen digital TV/DVD player, and picture windows leading onto the east-facing balcony. The Kitchen is fully-equipped, and has a table for 3-4 people.

The building is a quiet residential block, and is therefore not suitable for noisy children or loud parties! Telephone: calls to landlines in France/most european countries, USA/Canada etc are free.
