An attractive, sunny flat with charming views of the hills to the east and pretty gardens (palm, olive and orange trees) and 1920's villas from the two balconies; It is in a quiet residential area, yet right in the heart of Cannes, on the 4th floor (with a lift), and AIR-CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT. Master Bedroom is large with en suite bathroom with WC, a sitting/study area, + west-facing balcony to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun. The second double bedroom, living room and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, w/machine + table for 3/4) all open onto a long balcony, facing east, to enjoy the sun from first thing in the morning until noon, or the shade in the afternoon . Second shower-room with WC + independent WC. It is just 8 min walk from the seafront (La Croisette), 5 min walk from the smart shops in rue d'Antibes, and exactly a 9 min walk from the Palais des Festivals. Buses pass within 100 metres, and there is a local supermarket, pharmacy etc 100m away.

  • THE APARTMENT IS FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED Bedroom 1 is large, has new en suite bathroom with bath/shower basin and WC, fitted wardrobes, a sitting/study area, and a west-facing balcony with chairs and pretty views. It has a 160 cm/5'4' wide new double bed. There is also a 120 cm/4' x 60 cm/2' child's bed/cot available on request. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (which can be made up as a king size), fitted wardrobes, and an east-facing balcony with pretty views. A baby's cot (60 x 120 cm/2' x 4') is available on request (in advance). There is a new, separate Shower Room (large shower, basin, WC) and a third independent WC. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (about 120 cm/4' wide), other sofas/easy chairs, a dining table for 6, flat-screen digital TV/DVD player, and picture windows leading onto the east-facing balcony. The Kitchen is fully-equipped, and has a table for 3-4 people. .

Wonderful Apartment

2 couples from the US in their early sixties had just rented a luxury apartment in Paris for a week. For our 10 day stay we found the apartment in Cannes exceeded our expectations and certainly enhanced a wonderful vacation.

Excellent location nestled in an actual neighborhood but proximal to the trains and buses as well as the primary dining and shopping areas. The Croisette is a 10 minute walk.

The unit is large, bright, exceptionally clean and well appointed. 2.5 new bathrooms, large fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Excellent views from the living room and bedrooms, the pictures on the website do not fully due the unit justice.

The owner was extremely diligent, helpful and responsible providing flexible scheduling and a wonderful car service referral.

We and our travel partners could not have had a better all-around experience.
Owner's Response: It was a pleasure having these guests to stay, and I hope they will come again.

Great apartment in a great location

We stayed in the apartment for 10 nights in September (4 adults and 2 children (2yrs and 10mnths)) and it was great. The apartment is located in a residential area that was extremely quiet and peaceful and still only minutes from the train station and 10 mins to the beach. The quickest way to get to the train station is via an underpass with steps, which was fine for us with 4 adults and 2 pushchairs, however, one adult to one pushchair would be very difficult. This shouldn't put you off the apartment though, as the underpass can be avoided by walking a slightly longer route (extra 5 mins).
The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the local supermarket / pharmacy / pizza place / cash machine which is extremely handy when self catering!
The pictures on the website didn't do the apartment justice. It was larger than I expected and had great views from the living room / bedroom over Super Cannes. It had everyting we needed (especially washing machine and DVD player with two young children).
The owner was great to deal with especially during the booking as emails were answered extremely quickly. Check in and check out times were completely flexible.
I would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to explore Cannes and the wider Cote d'Azur.

Nice airy appartment in Cannes

Our family including teenager spend our vacation in this apartment.A well functional, airy, light and well planned apartment. We really enjoyed the bathrooms that are in perfect condition. The A/C is well dimensioned, so the temperature is perfect in the entire apartment. The apartment had everthing that we needed, dischwasher, washing machine etc - Perfect!. The owner has been acting exemplary during the entire process, from the booking, the reception when we arrived, and during the stay and also at the departure. Thank You!

Lovely apartment with great location

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this apartment as a family of five. The apartment was great: light and airy, pieceful views, nicely decorated in terms of colours and furniture, large rooms, new stylish bathrooms, clean upon arrival, everything we needed was available. The location was superb, only ten minutes walk from the croisette and the beach - and still a very quiet area with birds singing outside. The owner was very nice and helpful, providing us with useful information before and upon arrival, available for questions during the stay, flexible with check in/check out times, even helping us bringing the luggage to the airport bus when we left. We would definetely go back, and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others!

Very well equiped flat, 2 ensuite + toilet, recently refurbished bathrooms.
Quiet location, close to all local amenities, shops, market and restaurants.
Owner extremely helpful with all arrangements including flexible check-in and out times, gave us a great welcome, maps and written details provided.
Close to station and also to major shopping and beach, all in all perfect for a relaxing stay in Cannes, certainly made our party of 4 extremely comfortable, would recommend to friends.
