On the first floor of a beautifully maintained period building is this bright, spacious 3 bedroom apartment available for rental year round. Well furnished, modern interior and clean. It comprises of a large hall with good storage space, a large, comfortable and stylish living/dining area and a separate, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The 3 bedrooms comprise of a triple room (1 double bed, 1 single bed, Air-conditioned ), a twin room (2 singles which can be pushed together) & a single room . There is 1 large bathroom & 1 half-bath. There is also a small balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or sharing a glass of wine. This self-catering apartment is a charming, comfortable and a perfectly located base for a memorable stay in Cannes anytime

Whether you are attending one of Cannes' many conferences or on a summer holiday or short romantic break, Rue Bivouac Napolean is at the very heart of the action. Just steps to Rue d’Antibes, the main shopping street, it is also just a two minute walk to the beach, to the ocean front restaurants, to the famous Forville market and to the bus stop ,with coaches direct to Nice airport running every half hour. A few minutes walk will bring you to “Le Suquet” or old town where restaurants are packed into the narrow streets climbing the hillside. The romantic old town of Mougin is a15min drive and the 'Esterel' mountains are great for hiking. Monaco and the medieval walled city of Eze are less than an hours drive. You can also drive or take a boat to the exclusive resort of San Tropez.There are so many places to see along the Cote d'Azur

Parking and Transport: A choice of Parking at the Railway Station two blocks being the apartment, or street Parking nearby, or directly in front of the Apartment in the underground parking lot of the Palais de Festival literally only 100m away can be selected. The Bus from Nice Airport stops near the Hotel de Ville approx 1/4 mile away facing the old port area and offers frequent and inexpensive transport to the Airport and back.

Food and other Shopping: Directly behind the apartment is Rue D'Antibes, and the first side street on LHS as you arrive at Rue D'Antibes leads to Monoprix on the LHS where all food, wine etc can be purchased. As you exit the apartment, go left, and left again to Rue D'Antibes. The side trees is at the other side of the street slightly to the left. Rue D'Antibes is famous for all the up market shops featuring fashion, Jewellery etc, and is the main shopping street in Cannes.

Top Location: Rue Bivouac Napoleon is in the most fashionable location in Cannes. Literally 100m from the Palais and the beach on one side, and 50m from Rue D'Antibes on the other.It has undergone a renaissance in recent years, and the apartment is located in a beautiful old bourgeois building with classic interior.

This was the perfect place to stay for a week. It was just steps away from everything - shops, transport, restaurants and had all the charm of the stylish bourgeois era. It's large, spacious, clean and fully kitted out. I would definitely recommend this apartment - it felt 'very french' rather than a charmless sterile apartment that could be anywhere in the world. It made our trip!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
