Situated on the 5th floor, served by a lift, this sunny and secure apartment can sleep up to five people. You can see the sea from the terrace facing east (nice for breakfast!). You will enjoy a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, with Electric Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Hobs, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Central heating, Air-Condition, ADSL, Tel, Stereo, TV, DVD player, Self-catering, Two hours of house-work included. Pets not allowed. This apartment is superbly located, just 30 meters from the famous Croisette and the beach.-10 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals - 5 minutes from the famous shopping street ”Rue d’Antibes” - Nearby you will find wonderful restaurants, cinemas, bars, bakeries and a big supermarket. It would be a shame to visit the South of France without experiencing the city for yourself.
