Two bedroomed flat situated on the third floor of the Palais de Miramar on the famous La Croisette boulevard in the centre of Cannes in the South of France. Fully refurbished in 2006.Accessible by 2 elevators or stairs.Building right across from the beach. Many restaurants and designer shops in immediate vicinity. Rue d`Antibe shopping two minutes walk. Air conditioning through out. Flat screen tv and Hi-Fi in lounge and TV in each bedroom,one bedroom en suite with shower, separate toilet with bath and shower. Separate kitchen including cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Four small terraces. ' Meet and greet ' French speaking Irish lady on arrival to welcome and show the apartment and facilities, can also arrange airport transfers , shopping , etc 24 hour manned concierge. Hair-dryer, ironing board Many and varied restaurants in immediate vicinity. Electric shutters in all rooms.The buildings communal areas are being renovated during 2009.
