Newly refurbished , self-contained, air-conditioned apartment in a quiet and tranquil situation; sea view from every room except small bedroom. Monaco 5Km, Eze 3Km. With its own little garden and own drive, this apartment is overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Possibility to walk to the beach (15 to 25mn).

Well, it was our second year staying in this beautiful apartment so I think that says it all! This apartment is situated in the most perfect loaction, has the most perfect views from every window and it was spotless again this year. The most gorgeous linen and towels are also provided! We would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous place with views to die for. We were worried it might be too small, but it's planned and fitted out so well, it turned out to be just right. The private garden with views over the sea was a real bonus, and it really is a quick stroll down to the beach (though a much longer hike up a very steep hill back!)

Conveniently located for most places and things along the Riviera, the biggest drawback for us was the mix of a hire car with the turning circle of a bus and the steep hairpin track down to the apartment.

We would certainly return to this one!
