Superb location in a quiet street (Avenue Saramartel) on the Cap D'Antibes side of Juan with the beaches, nightlife, park and shops of Juan Les Pins less than 2 minutes away by foot. The apartment takes the top floor of a stunning 3 story 1930's Provencal style villa. It features 2 bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, bathrooms etc. and is beautifully decorated, recently furnished in contemporary styling with air conditioning and heating. It has 2 terraces one of which is a huge rectangular 50msq & South facing with ample space for outside dining, lounging & entertaining. Also features a private car parking space in a secure underground garage opposite the apartment.

The description of the apartment was excellent and the place itself is really lovely and nicely decorated, although the walls could do with a freshen up.. The terrace is extremely large and a real added attraction, great for relaxing and drinking wine. The location is fabulous and a car is not needed, its so easy and quick to walk anywhere in Juan Les Pins, however the street is extremely quiet. Although the apartment was clean the floors inside and out were not, our feet were black from walking inside after just a few moments. We ended up having to clean the balcony and floors and then all was fine. Sally, the property manager is really helpful and the owners are extremely friendly, helpful and informative also. We would def recommend to friends and family. A beautiful place.

Just returned from this super apartment. It was all that was promised and more.
Owners very communicative and helpful.
Situated centrally and very close to beaches, shops and night life. We didn't need our car at all!
We felt really comfortable, relaxed and are already looking forward to a return visit.

What a lovely little gem of an apartment in Juan Les Pins. The apartment was spotless and a real home from home. It was well maintained and situated within a short walking distance to the town. The property manager on site was lovely and very helpful with advise on were to eat, supermarkets etc. The owners are very friendly and email information straight away with any suggestions regarding taxis and travelling times, and any other information you may need to ask. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anybody who would like a stay in Juan les Pins - if you book this apartment you will not be disappointed.
