Welcome to our sunny apartment in the historic heart of Juan les Pins, three minutes on foot from the 4km sandy public beach. Beautiful Antibes is ten minutes on foot, while Cannes is six minutes away by regular train. The property was fully renovated in October 2006 and comes complete with parquet floors, boutique shower room, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony gets direct sunshine until 1pm.

Famous studio apartment in the historic heart of Juan Les Pins. An extended studio apartment situated near to Antibes, beautiful beaches and scores of great restaurants. The listed art deco apartment block was a former chic hotel in the roaring 20s, and played host to Hemingway and Scott Fitzgerald. Completely refurbished in October 2006, the apartment has a delightfully sunny balcony and is ideal for 2 people (but it will sleep up to 4). A cot is also available. Juan Les Pins is famous for its long golden beaches stretching west to Golfe Juan, it's restaurants and its famous open air jazz festival. There are scores of different places to visit within 30 minutes drive or train ride, including Antibes (3 mins), Cannes (6 mins), Nice (25 mins), Monaco (40 mins). Head down to the beach for limitless sunbathing on sandy beaches, safe swimming, trips to the nearby islands and superb restaurants.

Guest book: Oh, what a place! I came in November, very sunny, thank goodness! Great selection of travel books...watched a DVD when poured on night. Didn't go to Cannes but Antibes walked several times for market and beach. Beach daily - five minutes to best bit and lazed, lazed, lazed. Balcony gets sun, best place in apartment (M. Hanbury, Derbyshire) Really great place wooden floors and sunny all that we wanted. Lovely feeling, new, cosy (Kathryn Hunt, Milan and London) Dear Susan, Many thanks for the use of your apartment. We had a great time (Veronica, Holland) Dear Mrs Rutherford, had a great time in Juan les Pins. Very pretty & great weather. Beach days all days! Will certainly go again. Nice apartment in house with athmosphere with modern standard. Close to everything in Juan-les-Pins and easy access to Antibes, just a straight walk down the boulevard.
