A spacious newly redecorated 68m 2 bedroom apartment, all the rooms have their own balconies, with table and chairs for outside eating. The apartment is light and bright, facing east and west. It is in a great location, a popular residential area, and an easy 10 minute stroll to the beaches, restaurants and shops of Juan les Pins. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy is a 5 min walk. The living room and kitchen get the afternoon and evening sun and the bedrooms the morning sun. English television in main room on large flat screen TV. Wifi internet. Air conditioning in all rooms. The bedrooms are quiet, with lovely views towards Antibes. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with fridge and dishwasher. The apartment block is set back from the road, with off road parking. It is on the fourth floor (top) of a quiet residential building. All linen and towels are provided.

Juan les Pins is a great beach town, there are several large public beaches and lots of restaurants right on the beach with sun loungers and brollies to rent. The town is very lively with great shops, funky boutiques and plenty of places to eat and drink, all of which are open late. Antibes (a 30 min walk over the Cap d'Antibes, or 1 stop on the train) is a beautiful old town with lots of history to it. It boasts the largest pleasure marina in Europe, full of stunning luxury yachts to look at, has its own beaches and selection of fantastic restaurants. There is a provencal food market everyday, full of local produce. Cannes and Nice are a short train journey away and you can take off to the hills for some spectacular hiking and biking in the National Parks and visit an array of tiny villages dotted around the mountains in particular St Paul de Vence and Eze sur Mer.

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.
