Bright, modern, well presented 4th floor apartment in lovely small apartment development in this very desirable area of the Cote d'Azur near Cannes and Nice. Facilities include large swimming pool and attractive garden with a boules area. There are 2 balconies which get the sun from 11am until sunset with a view overlooking the wooded Collines (Hills) above Mandelieu. There is private parking with a lockable barrier provided. Accomodation consists of double bedroom with large wardrobe and door to balcony. Large living room with comfortable double sofa bed, door to balcony. Well equipped modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, Microwave, Washing machine, Fridge and Dishwasher. Apartment has TV (CNN), radio/cassette player and 2 electric fans. Well equipped and furnished to ensure a very comfortable holiday. Mandelieu la Napoule has many excellent restaurants which offer wonderful value and choice within 10 minutes stroll as are a choice of sandy beaches.

Mandelieu La Napoule are located in the Cote d'Azur near the city of Cannes and a convenient 35 mins drive from Nice Airport. Mandelieu is a small town and the adjacent village of Napoule is on the coast. Buses to Cannes are within 2/3 mins walk and the rail station in Napoule is 10 mins walk .Trains run along the coast to Italy and serve Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton etc and St Raphael and Marseilles in the other direction. The National Park d'Esterel a region of great beauty is a short drive from Napoule between Theoule and St Raphael along the coast and is traversed with nature walks. Weekly open air markets are held in both Mandelieu and La Napoule and are well worth a visit to see farmers sell the local produce ,olive oil,honey ,cheeses ,meats and vegetables.There are also stalls selling handbags ,wonderful tablecloths and fabrics in lovely Provencal colours and a myriad of other items.

There are 2 golf clubs in Mandelieu la Napoule, both of which welcome visitors .They are the Mandelieu club which is one of the oldest in france and the club house is under 10 minutes stroll away. There is a driving range beside tie club house which is open to visitors .The club house is a very elegant building and catering facilities are available.The course is very level without hills. The newer course Riviera Golf is newer and is about 7 min drive from the apartment. The terrain is more hilly .It is also open to visitors. Not being a golfer I cannot rate either of the courses, but I hear from golfers that the Mandelieu Golf Club, the nearest one is well laid out and is well maintained.
There are Tennis courts less than 5 min walk from the apartment which are open to visitors. Windsurfing and para surfing. You can take lessons or hire surf boards at one of the local beaches. You can also hire boats.
Other Activities Ski resorts Auron, Valberg and Isola 2000 are less than 2 hours drive
