Stunning one bed apartment situated within a private 18 hole golf course within the heart of the French Riviera. Furnished to a high standard and equipped with a washing machine; dishwasher and TV//DVD/VCR. The apartment is sunny, bright and airy with a private terrace offering magnificent panoramic views of the Esterel mountains. The clubhouse is a 5 min walk offering all year round golf, bar and restaurant. Shops, restaurants and other amenities are a 3 min drive, beach is a 5 min drive and Cannes is a 10 min drive. Also, Alpine Ski resorts located within 90 min drive.

20 min drive from Nice airport on the A8 auto route - exit 40. Mandelieu offers a variety of shops, restaurants etc. Geant superstore is also only 3 min drive from the apartment. There are numerous villages and towns to visit, including, Mougins (gourmet cuisine); Grasse (home of perfume); St Paul de Vence (famous for its art galleries) to name but a few. There is also an excellent train service to Cannes/Nice/Monaco for shopping and sight-seeing. Isola 2000; Vars and Foux d'Allos are family orientated Ski resorts offering plenty of snow and even some sunshine are located just over an hour away by car. Ideal location for golf enthusiasts and for families.
