It is fully furnished to a high standard and tiled throughout, with a terrace ideal for entertaining.

Surrounding area

Set in the Domaine du Grand Duc, the site is a conservation area with woodland walks easily accessible by foot. The nearby leisure club 200 yards away offers tennis, a swimming pool and fitness room for a small daily charge. The excellent local restaurants back straight on to the beach where you can eat,watching the beach, the nearest ones being at La Napoule, a five minute drive away.

Restaurants and nightlife

The port at La Napoule offers a wide variety of restaurants by the waterside offering seafood specialities and typical French fare like bouillabaisse and chateauabriand. There is also a good choice of pizzerias and small family run bistros locally. Cannes, a 15 minute drive away, offers more sophisticated dining as well as the popular Le Pizza Cresci on the harbour and Mougins caters for the connoisseur with a fantastic selection of brasseries and fine dining restaurants. Bars like Le Collins and O'Sullivans offer a convivial atmosphere for aperitifs or coffee.
