Situated in a lovely gated Residence at Port La Napoule on the Cote d'Azur, the apt has a sea view from balcony. It's furnished to a high standard and equipped with many extras such as DVD and CD player, espresso machine and hair dryer. The residence hosts a private sandy beach and swimming pool and 2 tennis courts. It is located beside the Sofitel Hotel and Casino and the restaurants of La Napoule Port are on your doorstep. There are a number of golf courses nearby and the Cannes Old Golf Course is only a 10 minute walk. A CAR IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS APARTMENT.

Residence du Port is located at the picturesque port of La Napoule. It boasts lots of lovely port side restaurants. The residence is located in the same complex as the Sofitel Luxury Hotel and Casino. For golf fans, there are two golf courses in the vicinity 'Riveriera Golf Course' and the 'Old Cannes Golf Course' with a superb 18 hole championship style course and a 9 hole executive course. The apartment's central location offers a great base for exploring the whole of the Cote d'Azur and the many surrounding picturesque villages like St. Paul de Vence. There is a Geant Superstore 10 minute walk. The train station of La Napoule is only a few minutes walk and there is a bus stop outside the residence with direct buses to Cannes.

Property exactly as described and agree that the previous reviews say it all. i may add that i needed to have dealings direct with the owner and she has proved that nothing is too much trouble and was very willing to help out. would not hesitate to return or recommend. excellent location as so near to everything yet the residences have the feel of a relaxed resort. great memories and that was definitely helped by the property. overall a brilliant experience.

The previous review says it all, however a car is not necessary as the buses and trains are excellant. The shops in the village were adequate and the large supermarket was brilliant. Everyone was very helpful. The apartment was a' home from home' andmade our holiday perfect.

We stayed in this apartment for five very enjoyable and relaxing days.

The apartment was gleaming clean and was well fitted out with everything we needed to make our stay comfy including a DVD with a large collection of good movies.
The complex is a high quality development which is very secure and well maintained. It enjoys its own private beach and there is a lovely coastal walk over to the marina. There is a pool but we didn't use it as we were there in February!
The town of Mandelieu is nice in that despite the big developments along the coast it maintains it village feel and the people are friendly. There is lots to do and places to eat and shops to go to but the attraction of the big names such as Cannes and Monaco were too enticing to ignore. The apartment is very close to cannes and we drove along the coastal route which is a beautiful drive. We also went on to Monaco and Menton which was a real gem - Italian quaintness with French neatness and calmness. This coastline is stunning and despite the largescale buildings there are so many beautiful towns to discover and enjoy.
It is near the airport @ 20-30 mins drive and also an easy drive up into the hill of the pre-alps. So it's easy to get away from the busy coast and enjoy the unspoilt
Provencal countryside.
I think this is a great place to holiday. We were a little nervous as it was our first holiday with our baby so we wanted a place which was comfortable as we would be spending in the apartment. We were very pleased to have chosen this apartment and we will be back again.
