This brand new, large, two bedroom apartment (70M2) is situated on the select development of Marina Parc Cannes Mandelieu, located on the River Siagne - a short walk from the beach (riverside walk) and in the perfect location for exploring the delights of the Côte d'Azur. Mandelieu La Napoule (Cannes Bay) is a well known and popular family beach resort, and is a particular favourite for those interested in sailing, golf and water sports, such as water skiing, diving, fishing, etc. In addition, the town has been awarded the 'France Station Nautique' for the quality of its holiday amenities. Within the complex there are gardens, marina and an infinity pool overlooking the boat moorings and adjacent to the apartment complex is an activity area and fitness trail. The apartment is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, two world class golf courses, tennis courts and a number of beaches are found 15-20min walk away along the beautiful River Siagne riverside walk.

Marina Parc is located within Mandelieu La Napoule a short drive from the centre of Cannes. The bay, which is within walking distance of the apartment, has sandy beaches with water sport equipment hire facilities. The Port of La Napoule is also well worth a visit with its beautiful beach and cafes. The apartment is conveniently located near numerous restaurants, shops, a supermarket and two world class golf courses adjacent to the development. The local railway station is about 2 km away while the nearest TGV Mediterranean railway station is located in Cannes. The location is ideally situated to explore the French Riviera coast from Italy to St. Tropez, incl Nice, Frejus, Antibes and Monte Carlo. Further inland the enchanting hilltop villages and towns of the Alps Maritime, including Mougins, Grasse, St Paul de Vence and Eze are only a short drive away along with the spectacular Grand Canyon du Verdon. For the more adventurous, skiing is available at Isola 2000 which is 1.5 hours away.

    Above prices do not include The Cannes Film Festival, New Year and Monte Carlo Grand Prix which are subject to negotiation. Prices include normal use of electric, gas, water, bed linen and towels. €50 payable locally towards end of stay cleaning, and the services of a local agent to meet and greet. Towels included are not for use on the beach.
    Deposit: A 25% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed which is non-refundable. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a cancellation clause which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A security deposit of £350 is to be paid with final payment which is returned within 1 week of departure.
    Cancellation charges: 12 weeks before arrival date: 25% of rental. 8 weeks before arrival date: 50% of rental. 4 weeks before arrival date: full rental.
    Check-in is after 3pm
    Check-out is 10am
  • A boat mooring within the complex may be provided for the duration of your stay but you will need to check availability and prices before booking.

Within the lounge area is a selection of DVDs, games, tourist guides together with a large Nicam TV and DVD player and Hi-Fi system which plays MP3 music from USB memory sticks. This is an 18 hole, par 72 course of 5,736 metres with practice tees and putting green. The Old Course, Cannes-Mandelieu Inaugurated in 1891, it is the oldest course on the coast. Phantastic stay

The apartment has a very good position close to the sea and with good possibilities for shopping, bakeries etc. In addition, there are good opportunities for exercising/training. The apartment itself is of highest quality with all attributes available. The balcony gives a nice view for good morning and evening hours. The place could just as well be used without having a car. However, the Corniche d'Or should be tried out....
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: This central location in the Heart of the Cote D'Azur is ideal for Families and couples alike. Easy walks to the beaches and access to shops and restaurants whilst enjoying a unique peaceful view down the River Siagne towards the bay of Cannes.

Marina Parc- Wonderful stay

Excellent well equipped clean apartment with a large balcony overlooking the river,which was great to sit out on any time of the day. Good access to local shops and restaurants and there was a great market once a week 5 minutes walk. We walked along the towpath by the river to the sea which took around 30 minutes. When we did use the car the main autoroutes were very close and if you don't have a car the local buses stopped outside the marina parc, which we took into Cannes and also to the local railway station where we took a train along the Riveria, so location ideal. The swimming pool was never crowded. The situation of the apartment means it is quiet. There is a local airport but it is will hidden in the distance and it certainly never bothered us. Meet and greet lady Fiona and the owner Andy very helpful.
I will highly recommend the apartment and it's great location.

Excellent riverside apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment which has a very good location close to the river, marina and shops and with good autoroute access. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. We all enjoyed watching life on and by the river and my 4 year-old son enjoyed seeing the aeroplanes taking off. We thouht that the location was one of the best in the entire complex. The pool was nice and not crowded. Having a car parking space is essential but the distance from the car to the apartment is less good when you arrive and depart. The boatyard nearby was fascinating for all us. The beach at La Napoule was lovely but was definitely not a 15-20 minute walk away! We used the nearby free carpark. Andy was helpful before we went and the meet and greet service with Fiona was very useful when we arrived.

Fantastic location for exploring the Cote D'Azur

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, all of us enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, and located in a great position. The walk to the beach; we prefered the one by the castle, is long but easy, and if you cannot walk you could drive or catch a bus from just outside. There is a bus link to Cannes train station a few minutes walk away, we used that a lot and only drove twice all holiday. For those who like to look at satelite views etc; the pool is a lot bigger than it looks in photos and was never packed even in August, the Airport is not noisy, is hidden behind trees and some way away, and was a source of great interest for my 2 year old, as was the boat yard on the river, and the main road cannot be seen or heard to any great extent (there are other apartments blocking it and you face away from it towards the sea). Not only have we recommended this apartment to friends and family, when we revisit the Cote D'Azur in a few years time we will try and stay at this apartment again.
